    Very disappointed in the price charged. Every worker is worthy to get paid a fair price. Gabe's Electronics replaced a $30 water supply valve in my Whirlpool refrigerator. Technician was training a new employee. New employee forgot to bring the part. He had to return to the store to get the part while the technician sat in the truck waiting. They were at the job for about less than 45 minutes (including the wait for the forgotten part). They charged $120 labor plus $44 dollar trip fee. Looking up the distance, it costs $1 in gas from their store to my house. I understand a reasonable up-charge, but these fees are absurd. When contacting the owner, he described how they don't charge by the hour, they charge by the job and didn't charge for the training of the new employee. Really? My bill was $214 to install a $30 valve. That is not reasonable!!!!!! Not recommended!

    It was great. Gary showed up at the time that he said he would, he had the part with him,and was done in less than an hour. He was also very polite and gave me alot of extra info on my washer, and the price was great. I will definitely you him again.

    The rep came and assessed what would need to be done...unfortunately he didn't have the belt we needed, however he ordered it and came back a couple days later to install it.  He was very helpful, courteous and professional.  He was very responsive and worked me into his schedule very quickly.  He diagnosed the problem and the Angie's List deal covered almost all the labor and the only additional cost was the belt...very reasonable!  I would recommend the company to other users and I would absolutely use them again.

    I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kendall's for washer/dryer repair. Mr. Kendall was very professional and had the job done in less than an hour, including time away to purchase a part from a local supply house. He was personable, punctual, and I was comfortable having him in my home. I was confident that he made the repair correctly.

    I found Tommy to be EXCEPTIONALLY patient and kind in explaining costs and options. NO Pressure - just HONESTY! He was SO pleasant to deal with ... I even told him his Mama should be proud (it's a Family-run Business)!
    BOTH appliances are doing fine, and their magnetic calling card is slapped on my fridge for any future needs. The BAD news is, I will probably have repairs to various appliances over the next few years ... the GOOD news is, I now have a repair service that I TRUST!
    I'd recommend AAA (especially Tommy) to anyone in need of appliance repair!

    Oven went out during cooking. I called the Maytag service number and was told even though the oven was only 3 years old, there was no warranty. They arranged with A&E Factory Service to make a service call the following day. Service man arrived within the 4 hour time period. The service man diagnosed the problem as in need of a "SUB Clock". Serviceman could not find the correct part number stating they (Maytag) changes numbers often. I suggested that perhaps the problem with the oven might be the oven element. I was assured by the service man that it was the SUB Clock. Product finally ordered and a date was set to install the part when it was shipped to my home address. Part arrived the next day. I called and a reinstall appointment was made. A different service man arrived and after installing the SUB clock and finding that the oven still would not heat decided to check the elements (the first time anyone looked) found that I needed the element replaced. I was told that the bake element shorted which caused relay contacts to weld open. The elements were changed at an additional cost. It ended with me paying for a very expensive replacement part that I may have not needed.

    The tech was not able to report when he said he would. He came in and started to work immediately. I had tried to repair the dryer myself, so he had more work to do because I had lost some parts. He improvised and the dryer is working just fine. He had good manners and was polite. I would ask him to come back again.

    For quite a while when I called, the customer service representatives I spoke with weren't able to help me because none of their computer systems worked. After being on hold for 20-30 minutes, I was told they couldn't help due to their computer trouble. None of them seemed interested in doing anything to solve my problem- not even the supervisors I spoke with. Every time they promised to call back they never did. There is one rep who has recently started calling back but none of the other people I spoke at the company (including the supervisor) ever did. They have already charged for this service & I am still waiting two weeks later for the dishwasher to be installed. At this point, this is approaching fraud now. I would definitely not use this company again in future.

    Horrible, there is no customer service, they said they can only come between 8 AM-5 PM, and they can not guarantee their technician will call before arrival. The tech did indeed call when he was about an hour away. The national center called and since that phone call was missed, they called the technician and cancelled the service call. I called customer service and the woman said they were limited by company policy. A huge pain and better to use someone local.
