    I contacted in November 2018. They came three times and did nothing. This last time they wanted to change the quote they gave me and make it null and void because zach didn���t work there anymore. Got the runaround in a very unprofessional way. Shameful.

    I have relocated several times throughout my professional life and it���s always hectic. Luckily there are moving companies who take away some of your stresses. One of those companies who are at the top of their game is Baku Moving. I hired them last time when I was moving one month ago. It was a sudden move and I needed them to send their men on a 2-day notice. Their quote was very reasonable and the men they sent were exceptionally experienced. I didn���t have to do anything. They took care of pretty much everything from packing everything to cleaning up afterwards. When my valuables were delivered on time, I checked the inventory and everything was there in very good condition. I am very pleased with them and will hire them again for sure.

    After digging into the yard and removing the lid I was very pleased to find out that it didn't need pumped out but had a minor plug that he was able to knock down into the septic tank. He was very nice, has a good sense of humor and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and use him again when the need arises.

    I am happy with the windows, but not necessarily the service that we received. On the first trip to install our windows, one of our den windows had been measured and ordered incorrectly. These measurements were done by Window World. We then had to wait another 4 weeks to get the replacement window in. When we took off work again, to be home for them to install this new window, the window was once again ORDERED WRONG! It has now been two weeks and we are still waiting for another window to come in, though we were told that it would be rushed and ready to be put in within a week. I was also not impressed with the mess that was left behind by the first installation crew. We spent a good hour cleaning up all of the mess that was left in the yard from the removal of our old windows. I would just assume that clean up of this would be included with the installation, but obviously now.

    I was very happy with the experience we had with Tim Ferguson.  Paul came out promptly when we called and gave us an estimate which was the final cost of the project.  The work was scheduled to be performed as soon as possible.  Rick and Joe showed up when they were scheduled and completed the work professionally.  I would recommend Tim Ferguson.

    We had a concrete floor put in the barn. He also reinforced the roof. He does what he says he was going to do and my first expensive did not go that well. They also put doors on it and we wanted the doors to look like barn doors. He told me that it would be two weeks to the day to get me in the house and he last week he would work on the outside on the house. Our car was giving trouble and I called him and because I know he is honest I called him and he gave us the perfect place.

    He cleared form the back back of the house down to the pound. He cleared all that area and now you can see the pound form the back of the yard. They had to haul off the trees. $2000 was a lot of money but I got $2000 worth of work. He brought the equipment to do the job right.

    This was not our first experience with Ada's. We had given them several tries because of a friend's recommendation and because our home insurance uses them. But this was the last straw. They installed the unit incorrectly. They had to come back to fix it when it didn't work. Then the gas pipe was left leaking. Then they waited until after it was installed to tell us that the house was going to stink like an auto repair garage for, I don't know, a few weeks maybe. Maybe more? And why? Was this normal? I'd never heard of this before. So I went online and found out they'd apparently installed a COMMERCIAL GRADE unit, not a residential unit. This was the unit the insurance company had ordered. Ada's knew the difference. Prior to that there were other problems with them not understanding how the ducts worked in our house, so they weren't so smart, in general. We ordered an expensive air filtration system from them that they claimed to know all about. They didn't even know that it came with a warranty! I had to tell them about it! And then they had the nerve to charge a $400 profit for it. I can only imagine what kind of profit-margin they put on other things. We'll never call them again, not for work anyway.

    We hired Coyle Roofing to replace our roof over the other competitors due to his top rated reviews on Angie's List and we are so glad that we did. Mr Coyle's estimate was more thorough, completely itemized, fairly priced, and well explained compared to other contractors.
    His expert team of roofers worked daily from early morning until dark. They were always punctual, professional, friendly, and patient with all of our many questions. They completed our roof replacement in a timely manner and did a marvelous clean-up job when finished.
    We are very satisfied with the completed work. As far as we are concerned, Coyle Roofing is an A-One Company.

    After sixteen years in this house, this is the best plumbing service we have had, perhaps the best service period. We decided to use Angie's List after using "word-or-mouth" services all these years, trying to save money by using cheaper, local providers. But they've all turned out to be, after all, only second-rate people, I suppose. Good-intentioned, but not really knowledgeable. Trying to save you money, but always saying things like, "You can't really fix that," or "You'll have to live with that." These folks from Tim's  know what they are doing, they tell you straight out what they can and cannot do, what it will cost and it isn't as expensive as you might think. I really don't understand why some people rate them "B" for cost. Our home-owners insurance charges us $85 for a service call; Tim's only cost us $59 for a service call. And the costs they quoted us, compared with the charges we have encountered from locals in the past, people who know less and are supposed to be saving us money, are not much different. I don't understand what these people giving "B" ratings, or less, expect. Do they want service and repairs for free? The quotes we received were more than reasonable. Replacing all the shower fixtures for $450? Or replacing a faucet for less than $200? That seems entirely reasonable these days. It may sound expensive, but try doing it yourself. And knowing that a real professional is doing it, with a real guarantee, not some local yee-haw who might not ever show up again...that's a real pleasure. No, we'll never go back to the yellow pages again. And we won't be calling anyone else for our plumbing problems again, either.
