AChampion Windows and Home Exteriors of NashvilleThey arrived promptly. They did what they said they were going to do when they were suppose to do it. Shortly after they had installed the new windows and doors I had someone out to mow my lawn and a rock was kicked up and into the door which broke. I contacted Champion and they came out and got it replaced fairly quickly, but they had to wait for the new door to come in from the manufacturer which they told me upfront.- John P.

AMagnolia Window & Door CompanyI was pleased with the progress of the job. Some delays due to weather that couldn't be helped, but once they got started they stayed with the job until completed. Mick and Chris were great to work with. They showed up when they said they'd be there. Each day before leaving, they cleaned up the area where they were working and placed things so the area didn't look cluttered with construction materials. Mick gave me suggestions for better placement of the air conditioner. I asked Mick if a few minor changes could be made to the deck railing and ceiling below the sunroom. He was very accommodating and was able to do the changes I had requested. Their workmanship and attention to detail was great. Again upon completion of the project, the work area was cleaned to my satisfaction. We are very happy with the final result of the sunroom and deck. We look forward to enjoying summer days and nights enjoying the mountain views, sunsets and the birds from our sunroom and deck.- David P.

AEverything went amazing. Lamar and his team did amazing work and were quick about it. They communicated very well in fact I had 2 different people call me about the same thing to make sure everything was correct since I wasn't able to be there for the project because of work. They went above and beyond with everything I asked and had no problem when I wanted to change a few things in the middle of the project. They painted more than what I asked and even replaced a broken piece of trim that had nothing to do with the job just so it would look better. If you're wondering who to hire look no further because this is the team you need and want.

FRick seemed great at first and we really looked forward to working with him. We paid him $1000 to start. Then he hired contractors to do his work. They arrived, did some dry wall for a few days and never finished the job. A week later we asked him what was going on and didn't hear from him. He finally told us that his brother would be contacting us to finish the job but again this did not happen. It's been almost a month and Rick said he would be refunding us $800. Again this has not happened and he is continuing to tell us that he is waiting for next week or another payment to come in.
