DTim Wyatt ConstructionAfter our home was built there were several issues that needed to be resolved. Ronnie asked if we could show our home to a potential customer and said that we were in good hands like Allstate. He also said that we need to trust him before we let people view our home. AWayne Workman Construction Inc.Wayne's crew did a marvelous job. They started on a Monday and were done on Wednesday. They left the property looking better then then before they started. Wayne is very detailed oriented and goes beyond what is expected. He seeded the areas where he had to dig for the water line and covered it with straw. Built steps for us to get into our temporary home just because he saw it was gonna be a high first step for us. We are very happy with everything he did for us and we would most definitely work with him again.- Michael B.

AJS BuildersWe hired Jerry Sutton of JS Builders to design and build a custom home. He built us a gorgeous custom craftsman style home in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. Jerry was professional and build a solid home that could withstand the worst of storms. He was adamant about building a strong structurally safe house. He went the extra mile to do so by adding poured walls and adding a support beam on the 22 ft. tall wall with all the windows in our great room. There were other obstacles that made things tougher such as a hard excavation site on the top of a mountain and the fact that we were living in Florida at the time and the house was being built in Tennessee. There were no problems with these due to Jerry's crew's expertise in building mountain homes and the fact that Jerry was in constant contact with us about progress on the house. I trusted Jerry and felt like the house was in good hands at all times. There were items that we wanted in the house that had to be custom made such as the craftsman railings inside the house and the deck railings on the porches made from goat wire. He also contracted with a custom cabinet builder to make beautiful cabinets for our kitchen and master bath. Jerry added his creative touch to the house including the custom shaped windows for the front of the house and having the walls a mixture of tongue-and-groove and sheet rock to mix up the textures and colors in the house and adding a great step down deck off our front porch.. He was alway open and helpful about any changes we wanted to make to upgrade the house along the way. He always treated the house as "his house". He still does. The house was completed 2 years ago and he still is quick to come help with the house when needed. I would recommend having a home built by Jerry Sutton with JS builders if you would like to have a home that is over the top structurally sound, unique and beautiful.- Dee Ann A.

AReliable Building Services IncIt could not have gone better. They pulled the walls back in and secured them making me feel very safe! They removed the wall and created the space I was looking for. In my opinion...if you need help with your home or want to build a new one...you seriously need to call Reliable Builders!! Billy worked very hard to put together a plan I could really wrap my arms around. When we agreed what would work for my situation (and believe me when I say there were MANY challenges with this house), they came out and within two days they completed the work. AExcellent work! Every step of the process of working with Ground Up was easy and reassuring. Russ was the project supervisor who started the process by taking a look at our foundation and a couple of areas that needed attention. He reviewed the project thoroughly and asked very specific questions about what we wanted to do. I really appreciated the care and thought that was put into making sure that we were on the same page about the work to be done. He explained everything very thoroughly (in words that I could understand!), and I felt really good about having them do the work after talking the project through with Russ. All this before I even got the quote! I hired them, and I am beyond satisfied with the work and the service. Carter and his team showed up to do the work, and it was clear that Russ had communicated the job clearly to the team, and i didn't even need to speak to Russ after that. Carter did a great job, kept me updated on the progress, and they showed up when they said they would. They were very respectful of the interior of our home, keeping things clean. They did a terrific job on the foundation and replaced the entire vapor barrier. On top of it all, they removed the old jacks and some old rusted steal pipes that the previous owner left in our crawlspace. I didn't ask them to, but it was clearly trash, and they offered to remove it, which was above and beyond. Can't say enough about what a relief it is to know that the house is sitting on a firm foundation, and for such an important repair, it feels really good to work with a team that inspired confidence every step of the way. I would gladly hire them again. They did excellent work and gave me a warranty on top of it. To Russ and Carter and the rest of the team, thank you very much! I'm so grateful for the wonderful job you did to stabilize the home that my family sleeps in.

FRick seemed great at first and we really looked forward to working with him. We paid him $1000 to start. Then he hired contractors to do his work. They arrived, did some dry wall for a few days and never finished the job. A week later we asked him what was going on and didn't hear from him. He finally told us that his brother would be contacting us to finish the job but again this did not happen. It's been almost a month and Rick said he would be refunding us $800. Again this has not happened and he is continuing to tell us that he is waiting for next week or another payment to come in.
