APrecision Door ServiceCame out in a timely manner. Replaced the bearings on either side of the double garage door. I demonstrated the noise that the door was making when opening and closing. He was able to repair by replacing the spring and adding an additional one. He also replaced one of my openers for me. For a couple extra hundred, I was able to get my garage door in top working order. Very pleased with service.- Kim W.

APrecision Garage Door of DelawareGot a quick response when I called. The company immediately e-mailed a picture and bio of the technician that would be coming to my house. They also gave a 2-hour window as go when he would show up. Also the technician called. It a simple problem which he fixed. Did not take long. Our garage is 10 years old and soon we will have to replace the mechanism which opens and closes the door. When that time comes, I will definitely call Precision.- Betty H.

He was very busy that day, status me on timing, very professional, worked quickly. It was a late day appointment on Friday - and he showed up to do the work, not sure other contractors would do that these days ! I would highly recommend him.- Rick M.

AFarmer Garage DoorI told him it was better than Christmas!!! We had been without our garage door functioning properly for 1.5 years and I got fed up with it. My husband is not a handyman. Farmers' was so helpful on the phone and the serviceman they sent out was just terrific; very friendly, helpful and efficient. AFarmer Garage DoorOver a year ago, we began building a new house. Bill Earnest spent the time to go over our drawings and offer suggestions for what type doors we should consider. This was particularly helpful because we were building a house with traditional garage doors (2 of these) as well as with a non-traditional door (one of these) for housing our motorhome. He was able to offer excellent suggestions that enabled the house to appear as a residential house and garage even though one of the garage doors was enormous (13 ft by 12 ft). More important, his attention to detail enabled us to recognize that the interior of our garage needed a few inches higher ceiling if we were to successfully mount a garage door that would not interfere with out motorhome when it was parked inside the garage. Based on his observations, we modified the drawings slightly and thus avoided a catastrophy downstream. Although construction has proceeded slowly with our house, we finally reached the point where we needed the three garage doors installed. Bill and his team were quick to respond, mounted the new doors, and ensured that everything runs smoothly. He stands by his products, his team were very professional, and we are now the proud and happy owners of yet another garage door installed by Farmer Garage Doors. We have neighbors who have likewise used his services and we are all happy customers.- thomas s.

ALivingston Overhead DoorTerrific! We called Livingston Overhead Door Co. Men arrived same day, got the garage door open enough to get our car out and then closed the door. AScott Kinsler Construction LLCWe contacted Mr. Kinsler to get an estimate on making major hail damage repairs which included complete replacement of the roof, all guttering, repair one window, replace two garage doors and replace a small amount of vinyl siding. We also asked for an estimate to add a roof over our back deck. Even though Scott was very busy at the time, as was all roofers and contractors in the area due to widespread damage from a major hail and wind storm, he set a time to get with us. Scott set a date and time to meet and provide an estimate. He also indicated that if we started seeing indications of a roof leak, he would send someone over to quickly take action to stop the leak. Scott contacted us a couple of days before our scheduled meeting date to reconfirm that he would be there. He was at our home as scheduled. Scott set an approximate start and complete time frame, as well as provided an estimate. Scott used various sub-contractors to completed the roof replacement, guttering and garage doors but he monitored all work to completion. All work was completed within the time frame provided. All work was performed as previously indicated / agreed to and all work met our expatiations, and in some areas exceeded it. There was no additional cost beyond Scott's original estimate. We are considering doing some remodeling to our home and Scott will be our first call- Melvin H.

AQuality Garage Door ServiceHenry was on time, spent the day doing it right the first time, installed the door, installed the opener, helped with wiring of the plugs for light and opener and programmed the remote door opener. He is also followed up to ensure it was working properly a couple of days later. I couldn't have asked for better service. He was respectful of my time, of me and my family members and did it right the first time to include having to take off the header over the door and cut it to the proper width so the garage door would open and close properly without catching on it.
