I call them, they are dependable and they are there. They did the job well. I don't have to go back and check the work to see if it was done properly. They are very good at what they do. AMagic CarpetGregg Micillo, the very courteous owner, worked with us and adjusted their schedule to meet our needs. He sent friendly, well-groomed and professional staff to complete the job. They were fast, eager to please and left the carpet looking great. Even coffee spots were gone! Dry-time was minimal. Carpet smelled fresh, not scented. They shared other services that they could perform if we were interested, but there were no hard-sell tactics. We felt safe with these representatives in our home. We will definately be using Magic Carpet again as the need arises.- Jeri B.

AAdvanced Cleaning & Restoration LLCThey saved my $300 carpet that my dog had soiled cleaning it with a special chemical removing all the mess and smell. My kids being able to play on it again is the best thing ever. We live in an older home and I am not sure when the air ducts were installed, but he was able to come in and clean them quickly cleaning out a lot of the mess we had been breathing. AThey did the applications within the right time windows to get the weeds gone and fill in thin spots. I didn't have to be home for the service. It isn't rocket science. So really the best thing for me was being able to call without feeling like I was complaining and say I have a few stray weeds. They come out and spot spray free of charge as advertised without having to get gangster on the phone.

AChemDry guy arrived in time, did a thorough and excellent job of cleaning (3 rooms of carpet). Very nice and even told us some helpful advice on other projects while he was working! (how to best clean walls if buying home from a smoker, and what kind of ceiling paint is best). Carpets are fresh and clean!. Will DEFINITELY use and refer this Chem-Dry husband and wife team again!!

AWe spoke with Mr. King and told him how difficult the job was, and he felt he could help. He even offered to clean it without charge if he could not do the job to our satisfaction. He did the job at a time which was convenient for us and did all the furniture moving and replacement for us. It was done in a timely manner and it looked wonderful.

BThey contracted a local company to conduct the different repairs. Understanding that they where busy and it took them over a month to start the repairs. On the first Dayana second day they where late. Up to 2 1/2 hours late with no phone calls. Wall repairs and insulation, I had to remind the workers to install the insulation sin the wall and cealing. Placed the wrong kind of insulation in the wall and charged for a different one. Dry wall repairs where very slow and waited for 5 hours one day and another day did not show up. No phone call. On the bill charged for serviced not provided. I had to confront the item to get them done. J&S just wanted the check and subcontracted all to work. After everything was fix to specifications and I paid the bill I did not get a receipt. I had to call the company and request a receipt and written information about the work with warranty. Even thou J&S did not conduct the repairs they where overall in charge. No inspection was conducted by J&S. I hope everything holds up. It looks nice.
