Fantastically well. These people are the best. Yilber and Patricia worked with us to make sure that they knew exactly what needed to be done. Their crews are professional, courteous, cleaned up everything every day, and worked quickly to get our farm back into perfect shape again. This is a family owned company that I can't recommend highly enough for their outstanding quality work, service attitude, and value for work performed. Yilber also coordinated great with our insurance company to make everything super easy on us.

Dave came out soon after my request for an estimate. He quickly identified the likely problems and provided a detailed estimate of the work that would be needed to repair them. Because of weather, it took Dave teams two visits to (1) find and resolve the leak and (2) remove the previously-installed gutters on the dormers and replace them with new, properly-installed gutters. Dave's teams were top-notch--friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working--and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were done. They did outstanding work!

The Stancell crew (two men) arrived yesterday morning right on time. They worked diligently and completed the work by early afternoon. They removed some of the siding and the roof shingles and found the source of the water leak. They inserted a WeatherLock G water barrier and some new flashing then replaced the shingles and the siding. Everything's as good as new. We haven't had any rain yet, but we're sure the leak has been stopped. Stancell did an outstanding job!

Went fine - as usual. We've had Mark/CRC do upgrades and renovations (total over $25K+) for 6 years now and never a regret. Always on time, competent reliable work, and best materials possible. These guys are not inexpensive but they will do it right, providing great value in the long-term. We're amazed at how diverse their skills are, too. This time, they installed two high-quality attic fans thus saving on utility bills. They selected the proper number, location, and size of fans.

Professional company. Floors and walls completed in timely fashion. Although the materials were not as expected. Countertops were first delivered with wrong edge and had to be re-ordered. Took weeks. When installed one end was cut over by about 1 1/2 inches which caused my refrigerator to have a 2" gap between it and the cabinets. The other end was cut short and didn't come to the end of the cabinet causing a gap between countertop and stove (for food and dirt to gather). Both mitered corners, though, at that time were great. Requested a repair of short end next to stove. They came to "repair". Well you can't "repair" it if it's been cut too short! I requested a new piece be cut and installed. Instead the two workers "rigged" it and made it "fit". They pulled the countertop away from the wall and filled in the space (about 1 1/2 inches) with white caulk! They did this to pull the short piece to cover the cabinet. And now the mitered corner is off center. I called for a reinspection. Another man came and accessed that we needed a new piece cut and have it installed. It finally came after about 6 weeks later. Now of course it is not the exact same color because the batch is different. Repairman installs it, but still does not match well as a mitered corner. They also make a hole in the wall above the backsplash. They tell me they can cover that up with a oak wood trim. They do that. You can place your finger between the two pieces of backsplash in the mitered corner. It's not anything that anyone would want in their kitchen. So why put it in mine? It was left unpainted and all the scratches and white caulk left in my walls were never corrected. They brought me a gallon of paint and I guess we have to do the touch up paint and decide if we are going to keep wood trim and stain or paint or rip it out and repair the hole in the wall. All in all, we are still trying to get good results, but it's getting very tiring. We hired them late last year and it's mid July now. And it's still not completed to a satisfactory level. That's especially at a price tag of over $4000,00. My kitchen is 10'x12'. Very, very small kitchen. We are very unhappy with the outcome and the price. We would not recommend or reuse them.

Tom Wyrick was one of several bids we entertained for a necessary roof replacement.  He was incredibly professional and communicative.  Without being pushy he advocated for appropriate improvements that I do not regret, including installation of a ridge vent, drip edge, and architectural shingles.  He was happy to provide pricing without these upgrades, but made clear the benefits and value of them.

Work was performed on time and without incident.  Our roof was somewhat challenging due to multiple layers of old shingles and several underlay boards in need of replacement due to water damage.  With many contractors, these issues bring fears of ?additional charges? that threaten to blow the budget.  Innovative Roofing informed me of these issues upfront, including a pricing factor depending on how severe they were found to be.  In the end the additional charges were modest and well under my expectations.  I absolutely recommend this company will use them for any future projects I have.

There was a broken pipe. He fixed the broken pipe and also put in an exhaust fan. It took him about 12 hours to do it. There were two people working on it. They had to run electrical and had to repair the pipe and put a hole in the exterior wall for the vent. So they got quite a bit done. We already had the supplies purchased. They did have to go out for a couple of things we didn't know we needed. The area looked real good. They did a good job of cleaning up. We couldn't have asked for better. They vacuumed real well. We had covered the areas around there so that it didn't go anywhere because when they put up the new drywall they had to sand and everything. So we did that. But they mopped the floors. We were pleased. They responded right away. But they couldn't do the work for about two months. But that's because they do a lot of work for people, I guess. He told us right upfront that it was going to be that far out. We could have said, "No. We'll get somebody else." They were here exactly when they said they would be. We had a stopped up downspout. He just unplugged a downspout that was backed up. He just did it for free. He took care of it while he was down here giving us the quote on the bathroom. It was nice.

Prompt response when first called for estimate.
Price was reasonable and included all labor and materials; there was no hidden cost.
There was a time lag between ordering materials for the front porch and installation.  I am under the impression that the company where the materials were ordered misplaced my order.
I would use this company again.

This is a family-owned business.  At first, contacting them was a bit difficult due to an ill family member.  After eventually getting an appointment scheduled, a team came to my home and completed the entire job without disturbing me or my sleeping toddler.  I appreciated that as much as their job well done.  Best of all, we've had no more leaks inside our basement.
