Comet is always excited to arrive at Barkside Lodge. She absolutely adores the staff. Barkside Lodge offers ample playtime and interaction with other dogs in her social group. The accommodations are bright, clean, and comfortable. I have total peace of mind when traveling... knowing that my furbaby is safe and content.

I have used Aussie several times and will continue to use them going forward. They do cost a bit more, but when you factor in the convenience and comfort of not having to leave your own home, it's more than fair. I have several senior dogs and it stresses them out to go to a pet store or other grooming facility. Besides which, they need too many shots and I don't believe in shots. I believe they are what is killing our pets. | |SO - I heartily recommend Aussie Pet Mobile to anyone searching for a mobile groomer in the Knoxville, TN area. (I'm in Loudon County).

We are new to the area and explored a number of kennels before deciding on the Pup Tent.  We were invited to visit the facility in advance with our dog and did so w/o making an appointment.  We found the facility clean and well-managed and not too large that individual care would be questionable.  Prior to our dog's stay, I checked a number of details w/the owner--about diet, feeding times, and medication.  During the stay, our dog was obviously well cared for.  He has severe arthritis and would have "frozen" to the point where he would not be able to work if attention was not paid to him (frequent solo walks, medication and so on) or been lame from over-exercise if permitted to exert himself w/other animals.  On our return, we found our dog well fed, clean, and well groomed.  He has a dry eye condition and had he not been cared for, his eyes would have been swollen and runny.  This was not the case.  The Pup Tent encouraged us to call about him while away and we did so a few times.  We received clear reports on his condition, how he was eating and so on.  We will take our dog to Pup Tent again with great peace of mind after this first more than satisfactory experience.

I think we have been taking Choko to Barkside for about 2 yrs now. We used to board him at the vets but he hated going there. I looked up Barkside on the internet as I do most things, read about it and decided to try it. I wouldn't take him anywhere else now. Barkside is in Lenoir City, close to my home but more importantly, Choko actually will get in the car to go now. We used to take him to the vet and he would be scared to get in the car. They know him well at Barkside. We tried the playtime with other dogs there. They evaluated him but he failed. I am afraid he does not play well with other dogs. We usually get a bath for him when we board him. He always smells so good and looks clean afterwards. The same young lady, Amanda, usually bathes him and does a great job. I usually email Jason who seems to live there whenever I know a date we need to leave Choko there or get a bath. He is prompt and polite in his replies. They have different size kennels for different prices. We bring Choko's food, treats, and toys when he stays.

Pampered Paws  came highly recommended and I was not disappointed.  My dogs looked great, smelled good and seemed happy while they were there.  Lana is professional, reasonable,  and goes over in detail what is expected.  I will definitely use her again.

It's about $25 a dog but you can buy packages that decrease the price. For example, if you take two dogs, the third one is free. They do boarding, day camp, training, grooming, bathing, and everything. Day camp is organized and supervised play time. They have an indoor saltwater pool for the dogs and they also do therapy for dogs that are older or have had surgery. The people there are super friendly and care about your pets. My dogs look forward to going there so I know they are treated well.

The Pup Tent is a very clean, efficiently run organization. Mr. Smith is kind to all of my dogs. He is prompt and reasonable. I would recommend this business highly for dog grooming. They also board dogs although I have no personal experience with this part of the business.

Great! He did so much better with the groomer coming to us rather than taking him somewhere he was not familiar with and leaving him.
