I had to wait a little while longer than I expected. Dr. Brown always makes up for the wait though. He has been my doctor for a long time. He goes out of his way to try give you different treatment options.

Premji is very down to earth and straightforward.  He is more like an old fashioned doctor in that he seems to really care about how you are doing overall as opposed to just treating symptoms.  He does like to prescribe medicine, though!!

I am a 57 year old female who has had 4 previous surgeries for other things over a 25 year span. Dr. Mancini kept us waiting for over two hours at the first office visit with no apology. He was extremely rude and condescending at every interaction. He expressed concern about pain management after my upcoming surgery, but reassured me he would do everything necessary to keep me comfortable. Upon waking after surgery, my pain was excruciating at which time the nurse informed me the doctor had not given them any special orders for pain control. This continued on into recovery with the nurses telling me the same thing. Although he advised me that I would be spending the night in the hospital after surgery, he had not order it. This was worst medical experience of my life, ending with me returning to the hospital in the middle of the same night via an ambulance. Two different doctors in the emergency room explained to me that the symptoms I was having were due to the CO2 gas used to expand my abdomen during surgery working it way through the abdominal muscles. Dr. Mancini showed up later in the morning in Emergency only to tell me that nothing he had done during the surgery could have caused my pain and problems. He vehemently denied ANY responsibility and was unwilling to even listen or communicate about the symptoms I was experiencing. IMO this doctor should not be allowed to practice medicine! Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor at all costs!

Dr. Kellie Jolley has been my physician for several years. She is always professional, listens to all of my questions and takes the time to go over every medication and/or test prescribed.

Day-surgery facility is conveniently located and has adequate parking.  The reception staff was friendly, knowledgable, and efficient.  The accompanying responsible adult has a pager and is kept updated on the surgery progress of the patient.  Medical staff were competent, thorough, and very concerned with patient comfort and welfare.  Recovery staff were careful and efficient.  Discharge instructions to the responsible adult were thorough and complete.
I would highly recommend this facility to anyone for orthopaedic surgery.

-I didn't have any troubles getting her as my doctor.
-You receive a buzzer upon check-in for your appointment. It felt cold, impersonal, and as if I were purely a number.
-The wait time was between on time or one hour.
-My prescription was not called into the pharmacy 3 times which once resulted in me having to pay $70 our of pocket to get the meds before a trip out of state. If I did call in a prescription refill, I typically had to wait two days before I could get my hands on it.
-After my first examination, it took the Doctor three weeks to get back to me about some results that needed medical attention.
    • -I often had to remind the nurse that there was multiple cups of urine in the bathroom to be tested and had to point out which one was mine.
    • -Dr. Johansson once gave me someone else's prescription slip, which I luckily noticed before I walked out the door.
    • -I often had to remind the nurse what I needed (prescription refill, liquid for diabetes test, ect.) before I left the office because she would forget or get distracted.
    • -While getting my blood drawn for the diabetes test, the nurse turned away from the needle to talk to a patient who was a visiting friend of her which resulted in her moving the needle while it was in my arm and a large bruise.
    • -She typically spends no more than five minutes with me, which includes an exam, ultrasound, and any questions despite the fact that this is my first child.
    • -She seems to lack care and concern for her patients- lack of bedside manner. I felt like a number to her and as if she was trying to get me out of the door quickly.
    • -At 36 weeks pregnant, I was still being scheduled for appointments 2.5 weeks apart, as opposed to the typical one week apart.
    • -Overall, she lacked professionalism, attention to detail, and a personal interest in her patients. I would not recommend her to anyone, nor would I use her again.

I worked with them for a year and a half. They removed a bone spur. It got infected. I had to go to a wound care specialist everyday for three months because of what they did. I ended up with the toe being removed. They were available all of the time.

He is excellent in the field of robotic surgery. He is knowledgeable. We think very highly of him. He is very personable and caring. The office staff is friendly. His rates are reasonable. We will continue to use his services.

I went in for my annual physical. I have ongoing issues with my cholesterol and with joint pain. My Doctor, Angela Meyer, is very proficient with the cholesterol issue, less so with my questions about joint pain.We had a good conversation about my cholesterol and general health, but once again when I asked about some knee and foot pain I have, the conversation was steered away from those subjects and never returned. I am very comfortable with Dr Meyer but I do not always feel that I have her full attention. It may be more accurate to say I feel like Im on the clock. While waiting for Dr Meyer, the PA took my blood pressure and a blood sample, as well as a urine sample. The facility is always very clean, the staff immaculate and professional in person.

She was upfront about what to expect, she did more than she thought she could for me, She conferred with several other podiatrists. I knew my feet were bad, so I didnt want to know all the details, but she was very good about telling my husband what was going on. She is a wonderful person, very nice and honest. She was upfront about my condition and what she could do for me. She is not willing to go beyond her expertise.
