AZinga's Home SolutionsKieth and Andrew did a great job installing our porch screens. The quality of the product, ease of use and the screens just look great. My only negative comment is unpainted lumber used to make the screens fit the large openings. Painting the lumber would have given a complete finished look.- Michael D.

AZinga's Home SolutionsLoved working with the people at Zinga's... there's such comfort in having someone come to your house, measure (so you know it'll be right), and install (PRAISE! on the install... it took him 45 minutes to do my whole house (15 windows!) and it would have taken me hours. 1. Consultation. My consultant was Taylor and I so appreciated his patience and thoughts as I decided colors and type. His insights were so valuable. I ended up changing my mind on one color, called him the next day- he called me right back, got it changed and we were off to the races! 2. Install. Due to Covid, they took a while to get here - not Zinga's fault- but well worth the wait. They're great... I went with the roller shades. I love them! They stop the heat (went white and cream mostly) but allow in enough light to the room. They soft close which is a relief bc my 4 year niece thought they were cool too. (ah!)... But you gotta love the warrantee they come with. 3. One slight hiccup was this massive three part window in the front. I was 100% happy with how the three shades came together, giving up some level privacy from the street outside my house. I called Taylor.... he set up a time to come and they're fixing the issue. It was tricky, and i am so relieved they're working to make it great! Worth the price for my peace of mind!- Amy S.

My Husband and I were new to this part of the country and I reached out to Acadia because of a flyer I received in my mailbox. Well I have to say, I was fortunate enough to call and reach Ben Stephens. He has been wonderful every time I have spoken to/worked with him. Ben made the experience so easy (and fun!), during a very difficult time of transition. He explained the product and process in detail, and I was very comfortable in understanding exactly what I was getting. I learned a lot about shutters! Then when John Estep came to install the shutters, he did a masterful job. We were SO grateful for the final product; the shutters are absolutely beautiful! We are now working with Acadia again to finish our upstairs windows. Thank you, Ben and John, for a wonderful experience. And we get to enjoy the beauty of our windows every day!- Catherine C.

DAfter setting up an appointment several weeks ago, they refused to measure my new home windows because they noticed another competitor just left to bid on he project too (he arrived before they showed up). Clearly, this company doesn't have confidence that their product/prices are competitive in the marketplace. I am quite shocked at the owners attitude with me on the phone. Too bad.:(

This is in stark contrast to the other ( all A rated ) providers we called, many of whom either never bothered to return our initial call or send us the promised quote after reviewing the job. Work was done as agreed, no surprises.
