It went horrific. We had to call him many times and e-mail him before he showed up, it took weeks before he put the overflow valve in the pool was never clean and he quoted us 600 for the salt water converter, which in reality he put an above ground salt converter in for a in ground pool that cost 189.00. He left plugs in the input and out flow ports in the pool which blew out the motor, and the water was so acidic we could not swim. We fired Rob , went to a very viable pool company, who put a new motor in (350.00) re balanced the chemicals put in a sand filter and now all is working beautifully. We paid 1100, shame on us got terrible service and incompetence.

They came out and spent all day fixing a sunroom leak. Water backed up from the ice on roof, so he worked on the shingles. He worked over six hours and didn't charge me anything. He said he wanted to make sure the job was done right.

We called Bluewater several times trying to get someone to come out and replace our pool skimmer. It was old and leaking. It took nearly a month to get someone out to just look at it. The guy that came out told us that they would have to order a skimmer and he didn't know how long it would take to come in. This was approx. June-July of last year. During the course of the summer, we waited and waited. We received no phone calls from them, but we called them every few days to see if the skimmer had come in. After several weeks, I believe it was late August, they finally came out and installed a new skimmer. The guy that installed it told us that he had to do something to the plate in order to get it to fit properly, which we thought was strange because it was the exact same size as the last one. Long story short, by the time they finally were completed with the job, summer was over, and it was time to winterize the pool. All summer, we had been put off by Bluewater Pools. It was difficult getting information from them and almost impossible getting a return phone call from them. The real problem started this year. We opened the pool and got it ready for summer. Everything seemed okay. But the day after the pool was ready, the water level had gone down considerably. At least 2-3 inches. Sure enough, the plate holding the skimmer in was leaking water out. I don't mean 'leaking,' I mean a steady dribble. Well, we had to let the water just leak out until it stopped so we could figure out where the leak was coming from. Waste of time, waste of water, waste of money. Because Bluewater did not seem to want your business last summer, we called another pool guy who looked at the skimmer and told us that the leak was coming from the plate and that water was even coming out from the screw holes. It has taken half of this summer to get that fixed. So that much more money and time has been wasted. We did not call Bluewater this summer because we didn't want to waste another summer waiting on them.

The arrived on-time and did a great job of replacing gaskets on my pool skimmer.  I had already replaced them twice myself with no luck to stopping the leak.  Their repair worked first time out and he was able to get done fast enough that I didn't have to pay the extra hour service charge.  And I didn't even originally buy my pool from them.  So just the fact that they are willing to work on something they didn't sell was great.
I have also bought a good amount of supplies from them over the last couple of years.  Their prices to me a just a bit on the high side comparatively, but they are still much cheaper than burning the gas to drive to the south side of Nashville for a $10 part.  All of the people that I have dealt with there have been very friendly and very helpful.  I will definitely be back.

They came quickly, almost immediately, they dove in very, very cold water, and they found and fixed several major leaks in my pool. They didn't charge me the whole amount quoted on the phone.  Since they didn't have to do as much detection as they could have, the cost was much less.  For basically emergency type promptness and for the uncomfortable work they did, the cost was very fair.  | |I have paid much more for a lot less work.....

Due to all of the storms in the Middle TN area over the last year, I had alot damage to my roof as well as interior damage from leaks.
My insurance company decided to pay to have the roof replaced and the interior damage fixed.
I contacted 4 companies to get estimates.  I had received Ameriways name from a friend, had gotten another companies name from Angies List, had gotten another company by them driving by and my 4th estimate was given by an individual that I had used to replace the roof on my out building earlier this year.

All of the companies seemed professional and were fair in their pricing, but Ameriway was the only one that described in detail what they will be doing and also explained all of the aspects of a roof.  Every word that was said to me about the job was listed on the quote/estimate along with a 5 year warranty on the workmanship as well as a 24 hour leak response guarantee.

Alex Alvarez was the one who came out to give me my estimate.  He was very knowlegable, professional and kept me informed about everything.  When they came to do the work on the scheduled date, Alex stayed the entire time to supervise the job.

This was the first time I have ever had to deal replacing a roof (other than the small roof for my out building), and I am so very happy I chose Ameriway to work with.  It was so very easy and stress free!

    I give Ameriway 10 stars!!!!

Watson's Pools installers did a crappie job!

    They were terrible workers.
It took 3 different attempts to put pool in at one point it looked like it got hit by a car.
The guy said well they cant replace the pool just because it has a dent in it.
I said no this is because the liner is pulling down cause of the water.
After 3rd try they got it in and they did replace the wall and everything.
Now where they did the excavation on it sand is coming out from under the pool
Cause they didnt pack the sand down at all. So now if more sand comes out the wall will pop down and collapse.
The sand coming out is making the liner stretch The pool is not level.

They left a big pile of dirt they wont clean up after themselves

We thought the cost of pool included everything but it doesnt and they dont tell you that til they are installing it.
The pump is the only thing good I wont ever buy anything from them and I won't ever go back there.
It is probably the worse experience I have had in a while

The pool's physical cleaning was conducted properly. When we noticed normal water evaporation during the summer months, Mr. Reep claimed we had a leak and recommended the hiring of divers to investigate. In February Mr. Reep said that our Diatomaceous Earth pool filter was not operating. He removed the internal portion of the pool filtration system without permission and subsequently claimed he worked 5 hours on the filter grids. He phoned to tell us that two of the grids had to be replaced at a cost of $700+, but he recommended replacing all eight filter grids for well over $900. When I called a national supplier of pool filters I surprised to learn that all 8 of the filter grids cost approximately $132. I ordered the filter grids and a neighbor and myself replaced the grids in approximately 30 minutes. I had previously asked Mr. Reep to return the filter unit to me. He did so, but demanded $450.for the five hours he worked on the system. I paid him for his "work." Mr. Reep was asked whether he had administered DE powder to the pool's skimmer system to coat the grids...and he said it wasn't needed. I found out later that without the DE powder the grids will become clogged and would soon have to be replaced. Mr. Reep is the second pool service we have had during the past three years. Now, as members of Angie's List, perhaps we'll find a company that can handle the pool servicing in a professional manner.
