AEverlasting Gutters and SidingThe project went great. We replaced undersized gutters and downspouts. The replacements were fabricated on site using high quality materials and were attached using better brackets. The workers were very creative in resolving some issues where water was dripping onto a breezeway between the house and garage. We just went through some severe winter weather where the gutters held large amounts of ice and snow. The gutters held up fine. I highly recommend this company.- Ken Stephens S.

This guy goes above and beyond. We have 15 year old gutters that he repaired. Another part of the gutter failed. I reached out to see if he would fix that as well. FDuring the initial meeting when we received our estimate and up until the day we signed our contract, we were very pleased with our decision to go with Mike and his company. He had lots of information to pass along, plenty of "5 stars" and "A Ratings" with documentation to prove it. Lots of wonderful talk and paperwork showing how important his clients were to the success of his company. Once we signed our contract everything began to go downhill. It took more than 3 months to get the new roof put on (was told no more than 4 weeks, weather did play some of a roll in this so we didn't hold a grudge over it). However, they came and installed an entire new roof and tear down in one day while my wife and I were at work, no notification they were coming or working at the house that day. No chance for us to see what it looked like below the shingles, no chance to meet his subcontractors, no chance to take the dogs somewhere for the day. The very first rain came just a few days later, we had 2 new leaks. Mike wouldn't return our phone calls and it took another 8 weeks for them to come out and fix the damage (on the outside, we were responsible for all the new damage inside the home). Another 5 months went by, playing phone tag and exchanging text messages with Mike. We were continually told we were next on the docket for gutters. Finally we cut our losses and hired another company to do it instead. No apology, no coverage for new damages, and overall a terrible experience that I would not hope for any homeowner. In the year and half since, we have had to do more repairs on our "new" roof, and rather than use our warranty we have paid to have someone else come and work on our home. Our money deserved to have gone elsewhere.

AJamison and Matt were great to work with. They were generous with their time in coming out and talking through what I needed to do to repair the gutters on my house and fix our drainage issues. Matt was very knowledgeable about drainage issues. They quoted me the best price among other bidders and explained the benefits of repairing my gutters vs the benefits of replacing them. Jamison knows his stuff when it comes to gutters and the different guard systems out there. I went with the repair option and saved a fair amount of money. It did take a few weeks for us to get the workers out here to do the work, but when they did make out here, they were polite, professional, and did great work and got it all done in a day. I'd happily work with Monster Home Services again.

AThese guys are great! They showed up exactly when they said they would, took down the gutters the roofing company that I hired for a new roof damaged (TN Metal Roofing) and had me all set in 4 hours! Their price was less than half what I was quoted by Lowe’s. Price was exactly to the penny what I was quoted with NO high pressure tactics (you know, the “you can only have this price if you sign right now” garbage that should be banned). They cleaned up when they were done and left things better than when they started. Of all of the home improvement projects that I’ve had going on at my house this year, this was the smoothest and fastest!
