AComplete SepticPerfect! Charlie came immediately, hand dug down 4' to the tank, and pumped. Inlet was full of roots, which he cleared and told us how to avoid that problem in the future. Came back a few days later and installed riser on tank lid so that digging would not be necessary. have used several service companies in the past and there's none better. He returned and did 3 more for us as a preventive measure. If he's available, we won't use anyone else!- Warren C.

ARooter Express TennesseeWent very well, Buddy and Joey took their time to explain the whole septic system to me and showed me what they look for and pumped both sides of my tank. I was unaware there were two sides and they could have taken advantage of that, but didn’t. They inspected the system and left a minimum amount of impact on my yard. These two guys are hard workers, very friendly, knowledgeable and great ambassadors for their company. I plan to use this company in this future due to their technicians abilities. The prices were quoted on the front end and there were no surprises other than my tank being bigger than the 1000 gallons they pump. $350 for 1000 gallons of waste and they provided a military discount.- Matthew P.

FMID SOUTH SEPTIC SERVICECritical: Punctuality, Quality Septic Tank Pumping cost me $309.00 for a half *** job at best or worse. Would never recommend this company again!! I was kind enough to dig both access holes for service call. Truck operators in past have cleaned both side thoroughly, then washed down sides. This driver left large amount in tank, said he cant get grease. Made no effort to open second hole at all. Did not wash down Tank. COST ME HIGHER DOLLARS. In general a half *** job at best.- Phil T.

ASchubert EnterpriseThe ONLY company who responded to our request on Angie's List. They said it would be a few weeks before they could get to us. Spring is a busy time. However, they found a way to do the work within a week. Arrived at our home in the late afternoon and completed our new septic system by late afternoon the next day! Very professional. ARELIEF SEPTIC REPAIR & SVCHad a hard time finding a company to come to Rogersville and pump our septic tank. We already uncovered it, so just needed the tank pumped. Even Angie's List didn't populate my search results with Relief. I called them and they answered, but he wasn't near his calendar to schedule me, so he was supposed to call back. I guess he forgot, so I called back later and was scheduled. The day of my appointment they showed up and did a good job pumping the tank.- Laura P.

AElitte Septic Tank & Grease Trap Service IncThe service man arrived the same day I called and immediately began searching for the lid to our septic system. It was an extremely hot and humid day but he continued searching, even while being pestered by lots of bugs (we live in the wood and the bugs are always much worse on hot, muggy days). Once he located the lid he dug the soil from the opening, removed the heavy concrete lid and began to clean the septic. The service man was extremely professional, friendly and very focused on getting the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company!- Kathleen A.

AComplete SepticThe service from Charles was the best! He was very professional and obviously cares about the work he does. He located the septic tank and uncovered the access ports. Since we were having system issues he examined the state of the tank with contents and again after being pumped. His examination of the tank after being pumped revealed a defect that had apparently been there since it was installed 18 years earlier! It just doesn`t get any better than Charles, he did exceptional work and went beyond expectations. I would use his service again and recommend him to anyone needing septic service.- THOMAS R.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

BHe was able to get to work earlier than others I called, but the weather delayed everything, as well as waiting on inspectors. The lines were laid and everything is working again. I have two problems:the minor one was he cut a water line to an external building while digging. No way he could have known it was there, nor did I. But for some reason he claimed he couldn't fix it, despite advertising water line repair. I had to pay a plumber a separate fee to fix it. Seemed odd. My other complaint is that when the inspector came, he did rush to get the holes filled. But that's all. He didn't grade it, offer to, or to as an additional service. He left huge mounds of mud and dirt just saying "Oh, the rain will settle those down". With big pieces of the old overflow pipes sticking up from the ground all over. I have to hire yet another person to clean this mess up and lay sod. I feel grading it level should have been in the price I paid, since he charged more than others that quoted. I would insist on it before paying the final amount next time.

AExcellent service. Brandon installed electrical service to our vacant lot. He worked with the electric company to get everything completed. When power was turned on but we didn't have electricity, he sent someone out during a storm to get everything working. We will definitely be using this company when we start building our house.

I told them to go ahead and fix the fence and they came back the next day and made all the repairs. They sent me an invoice in the mail.
