AComplete SepticPerfect! Charlie came immediately, hand dug down 4' to the tank, and pumped. Inlet was full of roots, which he cleared and told us how to avoid that problem in the future. Came back a few days later and installed riser on tank lid so that digging would not be necessary. have used several service companies in the past and there's none better. He returned and did 3 more for us as a preventive measure. If he's available, we won't use anyone else!- Warren C.

AD&S Handyman ServicesI had lost all but a trickle of water pressure on my cold water in both my kitchen & bathroom, Dustin spent all afternoon & evening troubleshooting my problem until he figured out the issue. He returned the next day with his helper, together they cleaned our lines out, replaced piping, installed new faucets & changed out our water heater, to my excitement I had cold water again! I was very satisfied with the work performed & could not have asked for more pleasant, professional young men to be in my home, I will definitely be using D&S for my future handyman repairs.- Angie D.

Mike and his crew came checked out our gas pipes thankfully no leak but while here we talked about some plumbing issues. They came back a few days later and fixed those issues.- Crissy C.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.
