    They are very prompt, and I hardly ever wait at my appointments. The staff is friendly and remembers me each time I come back. They ask about my kids and have always made me feel very welcome. They also are efficient, and I'm usually in and out of my cleanings/x-rays within about 45 mins which I appreciate since I have small children. I have a front tooth which is an implant, and they have re-cemented it for me once. They did a great job properly seating it, and I haven't had problems with it since. I recommend Nancy Highland's office.

    What I expect from a pediatric caregiver is someone who listens to my concerns, especially when my child has medical issues, and who can answer those concerns. Dr. Brinks did not meet those expectations. He came off as pushy and brash. Before the appt, I was told to wait in his office. After a while, he rushed in and basically, told me how he did things and made me feel like I had no choice but to do what he said. He never asked any questions about my child's health problems or if I had concerns. Foolishly, I thought we'd give it another shot and return for the follow-up in 3 months. Ii was hoping that maybe it was just an off day or something. Sadly, the next visit was not much better. 
    . He came in and just started treating my baby's  teeth without telling me anything and when I told him that I was not sure about the procedure, he was very abrupt and made me feel ignorant for questioning him. He was very intimidating and his attitude was overwhelming to me. I left feeling like I could not trust him as my child's dental caregiver. We plan to find another dentist and get a second opinion about the treatment he wants to do.

    Overall they're very happy with his service. He does everything. He's very knowledgeable, very courteous and has done a great job with the work we've had done. He does a little bit of everything. He's not a clockwork dentist.

    My husband loves him. He's been going to him for at least 25 years. We moved to a different city and my husband drives all the way to see him in our old city. He's a wonderful dentist. He's so fantastic and so customer-oriented. He wants to make sure that you're not hurting, no matter what he does. I used to go to him, until we moved. He's definitely the best dentist either of us have ever been to.

    He is friendly, efficient, and talks to me while his hands are in my mouth. He seems to be very good and he explains everything to me. He's got a digital picture system so his technicians could take pictures and he can review their notes in the pictures before he even gets in the room sometimes. They explain things to me and he'll show me things. They take pictures if they need to like they are watching one of my gum lines to make sure it's not receding anymore because it's hard to tell sometimes if it is, so they took pictures and made measurements and they watch it on my visits. He is very good and he gives a lot of confidence. He has been fairly available. If I had a problem like my cap fell out unfortunately on a Saturday morning, and then we had Memorial Day, I had a problem on Tuesday so I called him on Tuesday and he saw me on Tuesday afternoon. If I don't have a problem, we schedule. I don't care either. Sometimes they schedule me out and then say if they get a cancellation we should be willing to come in and I have done that before. They have 2 offices. I think they are sort of shutting down one of them and I don't like that one that much. The one in Collierville is very nice, new and clean. The availability of the environment and friendliness of the people are still there in the old building, but it is an old building and you can tell it is an old building. They are very good about punctuality. The staff is very friendly and helpful. His bedside manner and communication are excellent. The effectiveness of treatment is very good. So far, my teeth are doing fine. They are good with their billing. They try to go through my service. If not, they let us know what's wrong, and that would be whoever my insurance is. I got my husband to go. He wasn't going to the dentist and he let me try dentists for him.

    I am not happy at all with his services. He finished the work almost six months now, I had like a three-unit bridge and two front teeth and both jobs were like just not satisfactory. It caused me a lot of pain. Even now I still have problems with still feeling pain on the bridge area. I already spoke with a lawyer and I am contemplating a dental malpractice. I do not know if I am taking too long, because the attorney told me to get like all my dental records from my old dentist. This dentist I did not know anything about him and that is why I went to Angie's List and he is not that good, and Angie's List did not turn out to be helpful at all because the reviews there said good things about him. The bridge that he did, because I am grinding my teeth, but the shape that he did and the color on the bridge it was totally off. I have so many complaints. I am just so frustrated. He put me on the payment and he got paid up the whole $3300 upfront within a week or two. It was a totally bad deal. Every time I bite down I am adding more pressure to it, even if I have teeth grinding problem. His attitude and all his staff, it is just horrible. The women that work for him they are kind of racist, if you ask me. Only a black lady there that is nice, other than that the white women there they are just not nice and friendly at all. I said something to the other dentist that I went and I do not know how the word got back to them and one of the women snapped at me, one of their sections was just very nasty to me. I have to eat really soft food now, I am only 41 and I have to eat like I am 71 and that is how bad it is. I cannot even eat any crunchy cereals anymore. The pain is unbearable. It is not right what he did. The bridge was not right at all and the front teeth were way to big, it is just so huge. The reason I did my front teeth was because I felt really bad about my old front teeth and still I cannot really smile even now all that money I have put down. I still put my hand on it. It is just ridiculous. The color of my front teeth, they did not get that done right at all. The dentist said "All your teeth are of all different colors, it does not matter," those are his exact words. He is just a horrible horrible dentist. He took a long time to do the bridge like three or four weeks and during the preparation for the bridge the pin was hurting horribly and I had to say that to the staff and finally they took an x-ray. When they did it it was so painful, she could not even get the piece to hold the x-ray. They thought that I gave them a hard time. It was just so painful and inflamed, and from the x-ray he saw like there was inflammation and he flushed it at that time. That is a horrible horrible place. I am just shocked that they have been in business all these years. When I was there he was just so unavailable the whole time. I had to wait long time.

    I see Dr. Robert E. Mccalla every 6 months. He is excellent, his office staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. It is not like going to see a dentist, it is like seeing your family. I had a broken tooth and I called him and they are usually not there on Fridays, they work Monday through Thursdays and he met me at the office on a Friday and fixed it.

    I went to Evergreen Dentistry for a cleaning in January and was very pleased with the staff and the service. I went back in March for a filling. The staff is great, very friendly and they make you feel comfortable. I like that they are up to date with modern technology and equipment.

    Ended up having two crowns done by Dr. Adkins on separate visits. The work was thorough and well done. A minor adjustment had to be made and was taken care of quickly. He did some good engineering to make sure it fit well. The staff is friendly and not overly chatty while you're in the chair with a bunch of stuff in your mouth. They are very good with appointment reminders. Good people. Good dentist.

    My mom said that she has done right and took care of everything. She was efficient and my mom had an emergency when she was looking for a dentist. We called Saturday afternoon and mom was seen Monday morning which we thought was good. Mom said that the bedside manners and availability was good.
