AEverything went amazing. Lamar and his team did amazing work and were quick about it. They communicated very well in fact I had 2 different people call me about the same thing to make sure everything was correct since I wasn't able to be there for the project because of work. They went above and beyond with everything I asked and had no problem when I wanted to change a few things in the middle of the project. They painted more than what I asked and even replaced a broken piece of trim that had nothing to do with the job just so it would look better. If you're wondering who to hire look no further because this is the team you need and want.

APerfect. We had previously used another vendor who did truly terrible work and then refused to come make it right. Corey was there for a few hours and the repair work he did was perfect. Corey cleaned up the very minimal dust created and the work is how it should have been completed the first time. Corey was professional in every way. We are hiring him to do some other work needed in our home and HIGHLY recommend him with confidence.

AWe contracted with TriStar Building Services for an almost total home renovation on our ranch style house in East Nashville. After getting quotes from other companies, we went with TriStar because they had good reviews but also because their quote was very competitive. The project including removing loadbearing walls, repairing and sanding floors, removing paneling and installing drywall, building a walk-in shower, building a new office/study/guest room, renovating the entire kitchen and creating a large walk-in closet. Throughout the project, TriStar staff Chris and Cody were very professional, kept us up to date on the project regularly through emails, texts and photos and responded quickly to questions or concerns. All the subs they used on the project were highly skilled (We can’t speak enough about the hardwood floor work. The wood floor was repaired so well you can’t tell walls had been removed) polite and worked efficiently. It is without a doubt very disruptive to go through a large home renovation project but Chris and Cody worked with us, making adjustments to the plan and ensured the work was done in a quality and efficient manner. This has definitely increased the value of the house and created a more enjoyable living experience. We highly recommend TriStar for their quality work and customer service. They deserve two thumbs up!

AMatt Chandler and his team are professionals who are meticulous, dependable, and reasonable for their quality of work. Our condo building HOA board members recently hired CM Painting to paint the hallways and party room. The owners were very pleased with their workmanship, clear communication, and efficiency. Many of the residents are now going to have his team paint their individual units. I’m a hardline stickler when it comes to hiring contractors and I would recommend Matt Chandler of CM Painting without reservation.
