    Asgard Mobile Dog Grooming
In case you are curious about Asgard Mobile Grooming for your pets, I would strongly recommend you not use them. This is the review I just left on their Facebook page. The owner is very rude in addition to the other issues I mention in my review. I just finished having my dogs groomed with Asgard Mobile Grooming. Let me begin by saying Amanda groomed them and she did a fantastic job. The problems I have and why I would not recommend Asgard are as follows.... 1) I was not notified of the Covid-19 procedures ahead of time and was only told about them when the owner called right before my appointment was supposed to start after I had complained to the groomer that I couldn’t leave my dogs tied up outside, I wanted to meet her before she groomed them, and I wanted to see the facility. I think these are reasonable request considering I am a new client. If that isn’t allowed due to coronavirus restrictions then I should’ve been notified of that 6 weeks ago when I booked the appointment. The owner claimed that I received this info when the appointment was booked but I did not. In fact, I received no further communication from Asgard Mobile Grooming until a few days before my appointment which was just a reminder of my upcoming appointment. No other information was included. 2) I was never given an exact amount prior to the appointment of how much my dogs grooming would be. I have an Australian Shepherd that weighs 75 pounds and a Golden/Chow mix that weighs 102 pounds. When the owner called me to discuss the Covid-19 procedures they had in place I asked her how much the grooming would be. She told me $150 for Tucker and $165 for Wilson. I felt this was pricey but it is mobile grooming and know that typically cost more so I agreed to the price. Neither of my dogs are nasty, matted, or flea ridden. They do have thick coats and did need to be de-shredded however. It was my understanding that was included in the price I was quoted. Amanda was here for 6.5 hours and I thought she was spending an awfully long time with them but I was never notified that the cost of the grooming was going up because of the time she was spending grooming them. Then I receive my invoice and it’s for $370. I was charged an additional $50 for brushing out their coat. Again, I was never notified ahead of time of this additional cost. If I had known I would’ve refused the additional time spent grooming my dogs. It is my opinion that Asgard Mobile Grooming does not effectively communicate their procedures or their cost ahead of the appointment. I told the owner I would’ve appreciated a call about a week prior to the appointment just to make sure I understood the process and the cost. That should be standard procedure with all new clients. I feel the owner is more interested in arguing with clients than rectifying the situation when she has made a mistake. I am very disappointed and will no longer use or recommend Asgard Mobile Grooming

Reigning Cats & Dogs Grooming Spa
She did both cats, both 2 years old, had not had a bath since they were kittens. One has fur that tangles badly PLUS she has ADKD (Attention Deficit Kitty Disorder) in that she won't sit still for us to groom her properly to get the knots out. This lady gave them both baths, but Misha, the one with the knots, we decided to give her a "Lion Cut", just cut her fur short from neck to tail to get rid of the knotty fur completely. She chased our kitty around her salon for 3 hours. She finally put her into the cage to calm down, about 95% completed, and the end result was 150% better than the matted mess she was before. We will go back, and future grooming sessions won't be as bad because the cats will not need baths (they rarely do, I was just concerned it had been so long since they had one) just grooming and our little girl will likely sit still better for the clipping, because she LOVES how it feels to be brushed and petted now, without all of those knots in her fur....she even sits still longer!! Tara went above and beyond trying to complete the clipping, most groomers would have given up and restrained her to get it done, and I would not have blamed her one bit if she had...she did not.

The Grooming Room at Oak Ridge Feed
Love the ladies at Oak Ridge Fd. Always take our dogs there to be groomed, very reasonably priced and always do a great job. Before we used OR Feed we tried other groomers around the area who started out doing a good job but after a short while ended up slacking! Not OR Feed, been going there for yrs now and they continue to do a great job!

I couldn't believe the dogs the groomer brought me were the dogs I had dropped off! The white fur on their chest, tips of feet and tails was snow white. their toenails were beautifully chiseled as if they had been placed into a pencil sharpener then squared off on end. When I got them home, I was petting their super soft hair and looked to see how their skin looked, it was white just like the tips of their tails. Another wonderful part of this adventure was it did not take all day long like it does at chain pet stores. In addition, my dogs were treated like royalty, and allowed to wait and play in on of their indoor puppy cottages and play area. They had their own 15x20 enclosed room with a window, and the door was open half way up. They had access to water so they could rehydrate after the experience, which usually when I pick them up form other groomer, they are dehydrated and immediately let me know they need water. I much prefer the waiting space they provide for clients. Instead of being placed back into a large crate with 20 other animals howling and barking. The cost was only $55 per dog, and did I mention, their haircuts were amazing, i only had faces trimmed and feet trimmed as poodle feet to avoid hem carrying so much debris at home. I cant express how sweet their faces looked, because the groomer was skilled and the puppies trusted her.

Our groomer, Malory, she is amazing. We use the express which means she doesn't have to stay in a kennel. It costs more but it's worth it. They do great work.

They are not going to do anymore grooming. As my dog has cancer. They do great work. The professionalism and price and the quality of work makes me keeping going there. Takes about three hours to get the dog completely groomed.. The receptionist is excellent. They greet you when you go in and they know my pet. T

    Pet Pros
It's a dog food store and they have a groomer in there. Her name is April. April and her husband have the business of grooming. We have Miko done every 4 weeks. Miko is our dog. We've used 3 different groomers here and she was the best one so we are staying with her. The price is good. We have a Spitz and Pomeranian mix. She keeps him looking pretty good. He doesn't get winter cuts down here because the weather is only about 75. Miko went diving in the grass and rolling around. My wife complained that she stunk so we called her up and she got him in that day. She is professional.

    Barkside Lodge
Comet is always excited to arrive at Barkside Lodge. She absolutely adores the staff. Barkside Lodge offers ample playtime and interaction with other dogs in her social group. The accommodations are bright, clean, and comfortable. I have total peace of mind when traveling... knowing that my furbaby is safe and content.

    Asgard Mobile Dog Grooming
Great! He did so much better with the groomer coming to us rather than taking him somewhere he was not familiar with and leaving him.
