AAir Specialities LLCWe were extremely pleased with our service from Air Specialties. I called Kevin after noticing mold on the registers in my daughters room. He was out within a few days and provided an estimate for the job. While he was there he did an amazing job explaining the process and I knew if I hired him it would be done the right way. His team did a great job cleaning and removing the mold in our air ducts and trunk lines which was shown to me in pictures and videos that Kevin took. They also did an outstanding job cleaning up after the work was complete (it was cleaner than before they arrived). Lastly, they even painted some of the registers that were chipped, so they looked brand new. I couldn’t be more impressed with their service and I feel better about the air my family is breathing.- Blair B.

AAir Specialities LLCIt went great! Kevin and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. From the initial call, to the complete walkthrough free estimate, to the cleaning, Kevin kept us informed throughout the entire process. I asked for a thorough inspection and cleaning, and that is exactly what we got. They thoroughly cleaned and sanitized our complete HVAC system, including all supply lines, registers, and returns. They even removed and thoroughly cleaned the grills. They opened up the trunk lines and cleaned and sanitized them then sanitized with Foster’s 40:80 antimicrobial product. They sent me videos of their work as they were working throughout the house, and I was shocked to see mold growing in the attic unit. They cleaned and treated it, so hopefully our allergy problems will go away. Because they are mold specialists, I asked about a problem we were having with a leaking window. Kevin and his guys caulked the window and treated the interior wall and didn’t even charge me for the extra work. They were not the cheapest quote, but it was so much better than the last time we had vent cleaning, so the extra cost was so worth it! I highly recommend them and look forward to referring them to others and using them in the future.- GINA J.

Did a beautiful job. Second time was for a leak that caused mold on our carpet. They got all of the water damage and mold out and started working the day we called with the issue. AGreen Home InstallationsCould not be more grateful for the Green Home team. We recently had an issue with a pipe in our house that caused some pretty bad water damage a few months ago. After getting that cleaned up, we thought all was fine until we started noticing an odd smell. Their team came out quickly and found the mold that had started to form as a result of leftover water damage. They were able to remove it, test it, and make sure everything was completely dried up. CIt was $300 cheaper to rip out and replace my sidewalk then do concrete leveling. I chose leveling due to schedule. That could be done immediately. Rip out and replace not till spring and then it would create a mess. In the end i wish I would have waited. The leveling was so so. I believe what the contractor did was best that the technology could do. I talked to the craft about my concerns while on-site and they were straight forward with answers. Basically technology was over sold. MasterServices was professional. They followed up before install and after.. There is a difference between service and product. My issue is totally with product delivered. Let's talk price as I'm sure many want to know costs. The minimum charge is $1500, but thats standard in the industry. I had 10 foot of sidewalk so that is why it would have been cheaper to replace. Actually 10 ft was lifted but the quote on replacement was everything 20' plus front stoop. Would I work with masterservices again? Wow that really depends! In my mind its the product delivered, not about how many times customer service calls you.

He told me who would be doing the job, explained the process and followed up on the job. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction. AThey worked hard and smart. They used the most up to date methods to create a super sturdy deck that vastly improved on our old rotted, wobbly deck. They fixed blocking, missing face boards and rot where deck connected to the house. They even poured a cement step at bottom of my stairs. They cleaned up after really well. APhew! We don't have mold. The technicians came out to assess what we thought was a potential mold problem. Luckily with the help of their testing our windows, sills, bathrooms, crawlspace no serious issue was found. Turns out condensation buildup and "mold" is sort of normal for an older house with single pane windows. Glad we know that know. Would definitely call Breathe Easy again and recommend to friends/family.
