Lawn Treatment reviews in Knoxville

Jason is wonderful to work with. Very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, listens and offers suggestions. They mulched flowerbeds, removed two shrubs, and regraded and seeded an area of the lawn. I couldn't ask for better quality work and it looks wonderful.

We are extremely pleased with our finished product. George Weinmaker is extremely professional and immediately took care of any issues as they happened. His employees were conscientious, courteous, and professional. They did a great job!

7/14 @ 9:41 a.m. Spoke with Kelly Corum on the phone and scheduled a consultation for 7/18 at 10 a.m. 7/18 @ 9:55 a.m. Kelly arrived. We walked the property, discussed a gameplan, and went over options. Left at 10:43 a.m. Very courteous, honest, professional, and timely. Knowledgeable about the issues at hand, and, furthermore, he didn't blab about things he is not well-versed in. Rather, he is actually sending another employee with a different specialty sometime next week to discuss more irrigation related issues. Very pleased with the humility and dedication to provide the best service possible. All of this at no charge. Final thoughts: A+

Nice people, poor service results, night and day different between their work and previous service. It might be because of all the rain, but after 2 visits my yard is full of common weeds that were killed by other service. Salesman came to inspect, then without mentioning weeds and poor color tried to up sell fall service work .

GREAT! The owner was very knowledgeable and patient as he walked around our house with me. I asked a lot of questions and he provided very helpful suggestions. He and his crew arrived on time and worked really hard over a few days. They finished ahead of schedule. We could not be happier with the result. The final price was reasonable and exactly as quoted. I was actually happy to write the check.

Went better than I could have hoped. They were much quicker than Scott's or if I had done it myself and easily half the price or more. The guys were super easy to work with and they seemed to enjoy their job.

Tim and his partner arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They were very careful to avoid the in-ground sprinkler heads and provided complete coverage with both the aeration and overseeding. They provided instructions on watering and care to promote the best growth---even left the label of the seeds for my information. Very courteous and helpful. As a result I have signed up for their annual lawn service.

Not good. They rarely returned my phone calls, Brad or a technician would just show up or call with a time that they were coming vs calling to coordinate a time with me when I was requesting to do so. I did not complete the annual treatment plan because I had concerns that their three fertilizer applications within a month to month-and-a-half time span was burning up my yard. I realize that we are in a drought however, most of my neighbor's yards are just brown, not full of a gray spots where the grass has begun decomposing even though I have been watering a couple of times a week to try and save the roots while they have not watered at all. Brad claims their slow release fertilizers will not burn up a yard but my yard looks worse than my neighbors. Overall I was not satisfied with the results for the cost of the service. In addition, I had concerns about the sequence, and the timing of which they were applying their products. As I stated earlier, my yard looks worse than most of my neighbor's after using their service and I have been watering my yard lightly while they have not been watering at all. Finally, I did not have a good Customer Service Experience for most of the duration that I employed their service.

I left multiple messages via phone voicemail, email, requests on the site for a quote and zero call or response.  The were referred to me and was interested in their services until I realized you have no way of reaching them and they won't reach back out to you despite multiple attempts.

Polite, courteous, fair price. Doesn't oversell.  Very timely responses.
*Emerald Ash Borer is a non native invasive pest that was discovered in Knox County in July of 2011. This pest will attack all Ash trees and cause their death within 2-3 years.  The above treatment is guaranteed to prevent damage from this pest for one year. This treatment should be performed every other year to ensure the pest does not cause significant damage to your trees.
