    Pros: They're flexible to change the schedule in case something unexpected comes up. They also let you retain the crews you like to work with. Cons: 1. Even with the notes taken, it seemed some people never read it since they changed the crews frequently. Every time there're certain things never got to be done so I had to do it after the crews left. 2. Possible Theft. Since I didn't and couldn't catch the person red-handed, I can only postulate my missing items were stolen from the cleaning. I came back from a trip with my designer makeup bag, and I used the service twice (11/15 & 11/29) with four different cleaning ladies. On 12/3 I realized my makeup bag was gone. In addition, I found out I missed two sets of my finest china butter dishes on the Thanksgiving dinner. I had those for 21+ years, and I couldn't even replace them if I wanted to. I searched high and low and asked every family member to see if they accidentally misplaced it or broke it, and the answer is no since I hand washed those stuff and put them in the cabinet every year after Thanksgiving and Christmas. I can't say those items missing during the last two clean times; it could have happened during the past few years with the service. When I called, the manager asked me to file a policy report. That's the only suggestion they came up with. Very disappointed indeed after so many years of cleaning with them. It made me feel distrustful to anyone right now.

    I've been with Two Maids and a mop for 8 months now. Robin R. and Delight did a great job today as usual! Robin has been coming to my home for awhile now and Delight has been coming more recently. I am always so appreciative to come home to a clean house! They are personable, professional, and enjoyable to have in my home when I happen to be here while they are cleaning. When I am not, they take wonderful care of everything and leave it clean and neat and it makes me smile when I walk back in the house later in the day. I also have three German shepherds who shed 365 days a year and they help me stay sane!!

    A seasoned cleaner with the company came along with another lady she was training. The trainee was rather slow (still learning of course) but had to be told some obvious things such as- moving the dining chairs in order to sweep/mop for example She also took 1 hour to clean a small dining room area that only required dusting and mopping. I understand the need to train people but not on my hour while still charging me full price for half a job. The seasoned cleaner did an amazing job but it was still not worth the price and effort especially considering the trainee���s lack of work. I felt for the price and the fact that in 1 1/2 hours both only managed to clean 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a dining room (all rather averaged sized) it was not worth it. Although they were very professional, it was far too expensive to only have a small portion of my home clean. I would not hire them again. Also, I decided to give them one other opportunity so I booked them again for the following week but the company overbooked the seasoned cleaner. I then received numerous texts while the situation became completely convoluted. Again this is no fault of the cleaning lady herself but still wouldn���t use them. They company apparently double booked and I (the customer) was made to feel guilty that they are rearranging her schedule to accommodate me- when they kept trying to give me times and dates that were not fitting into my schedule. I would get phone calls from one woman then texts from a different woman each contradicting the other. Scheduling became such a hassle that it solidified my decision not to use them again. Sorry I do not recommend but wish them luck to fix these issues

    I have never been so disappointed with a company's customer service. I hired Linda twice before this. The first time she cleaned my house was immaculate. No stone was left unturned. The second time she cleaned it was just okay. Some things were over looked and didn't quite stand up to the cleaning from the first time. We decided to use this service again to clean our house before it was listed. We requested a deep cleaning. The girls were at our house for about five hours "cleaning". In reference to the "cleaning" several surfaces were not even touched. There were place son the floor where there was visible dust piles. They cleaned some, but definitely no where near the standard they had set for themselves during our first experience. That's not even the worst part. My boyfriend came home to our custom glass shower door propped against the wall. He sent me pictures while I was at work and I frantically called Linda to ask what on earth had happened to the door. Our house was being listed the very next day and I called her expecting a resolution. She insisted that sometimes customers doors come off when they are being cleaned you just pop them back on. I got off the phone and called my boyfriend who told me that the screws were hanging out of the door. Linda continued to call me five more times in the next hour not to make sure everything got worked out with the door, but because my credit card company had marked her change as fraudulent and declined it. I texted her saying I was at work and would have to call her back after i got off. I called her a little bit after I got off work - she answered the phone by saying "Thought you couldn't be on the phone at work" in a horribly rude tone. She continued to fuss at me not once even apologizing and insisted that my door was quote "cheap and faulty" and about mid way through the conversation I had to ask her to lower her voice so we could talk about this like adults. She continued to tell me how long her girls worked on my house and even called my house "a filthy mess". I had in fact hired cleaners because my house was dirty so I am not sure why she needed to inform me of this. I told her we were having someone come out and look at the door that afternoon and I would call her back once the damages had been assessed. I got home to look at the door and the screws were actually ripped out of the metal. It looks as if someone was sitting on the ground and used the door handle to yank theirself up. She then proceeded to text my boyfriend continuously saying he needed to pay for the cleaning until he finally sent her a picture of the invoice from the repair man who fixed the door. over $500 in damages. That was on Thursday (4 days ago) and she hasn't contacted us since then. This woman has no sense of customer service - she never once apologized for her girls damaging our door and never took any responsibility, but instead blamed it on us for purchasing a "faulty cheap door". The door was around $1000 and was professionally installed and had worked perfectly fine for 2 years. I know for a fact her girls broke the door and I think the way she treats people is horrible. I would not suggest doing business with this person.

    This was a great service company. They were personable, professional, reasonably priced and did great work. I will absolutely use them in the future. They have been in business for over 10 years but worked for commercial businesses. That is probably the only reason they presently have just a few reviews. If you need cleaning. These are the folks to call.
