  • We were treated extremely rudely by the manager of the store, who was much more interested in watching a football game on television than he was in helping us get new phones. When we insisted he help us, he was openly confrontational and sarcastic. I would not recommend shopping at a store that allows the manager to openly be disrespectful to customers. We fully intended to buy two new phones that would have cost around $2000.00 We left instead, feeling like we had been verbally abused by this man.
  • I have never found a service that was good. Verizon, T-Mobile, ATT all crooks. I am currently on ATT. They try to go up every month. The will offer you one thing the bait and switch what they offer. Verizon out right lies and so does T-Mobile. I have caught them in lies. ATT is a little careful but lies the same. I can't find on that is worth the money and that does not require renegotiating every 6 months to a year. They will offer new people the world and the existing people nothing except more money needed.

  • Phone is working. I have had billing issues with AT&T the entire time I have had them. I was told that I would get a triple play - cell phone, TV and Internet. They can't bundle cell phone with anything. It is like two separate companies. They will talk about combined bill but not combined services. They say they can do anything but putting the cell phone and uverse together in impossible.

  • We have used them for a long time. We don't have any problems, and we stay with them because they have good coverage. They have the best coverage as far as cell phones go. We have never had to use customer service as we have never had any problems with them.

  • Their billing is terrible. I was on a plan that they had recommended to get an iPhone 5s but it was pretty expensive. I decided one day to go ahead and pay the phone off because I had the money. I paid the phone but they put the money in the wrong account and it took me 3 1/2 months to resolve it. I still am not really sure that I have resolved it because I need to call them and talk to them about my current bill because I paid them a lot of money last month, and my most current bill is higher than I think it should be. When I was working with computers, I happened to work in finances so I worked on general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, and all the financial systems so I understand accounting very well. Their billing system is not very good. The service is good, but the billing is bad. The only reason I use the service is there's nobody else. Verizon is worse.

  • It went very well. I was highly satisfied.  I visited to inquire about switching to the Framily plan or staying with my current plan.
    I'm sure they are supposed to try to switch everyone they can but they told me that it would actually cost me more in the long run.

    Once we had decided what we wanted, he set it up and answered questions about how to use it.

  • I lose calls from time to time but theirs is the best coverage in the nation. From the coverage that I have, it’s worth what I pay for it. I have internet and text in my data plan. The internet speed is fast. I chose this company because I travel all the time and their coverage is good. The price is about average. Their professionalism is a little bit better than average.

  • Whenever I call in, they're always courteous, kind, ready to answer any questions that you've got, it doesn't take them long to fix the problem if you got one and they always say "Let me see what I can do to help you," and it's never a long wait time because they're back on the line before you know it. They give me 250 minutes a month.

  • I have not been treated well by Verizon. Never spoke with the same person twice. Every time I was given the one and only option to pay in addition beyond what I first agreed to . I have received an email from Verizon where the person says this was "an error on our part" yet the only resolution they have offered is for me to send the phones back with no restocking fee, which I have done. Even after they received the phones they had the audacity to send me the "terms and obligations" of my new 2 YEAR CONTRACT with the old phones I've used for the last three years.
