    Although no real service was needed, Jerry was kind and patient. He carefully explained the set up of the ever-confusing HDMI vs. HDMI2/DVI and told me to call him back when I had re-tried. It worked! What a nice man. I will definitely call him again if and when our tv needs service!

    Phone is working. I have had billing issues with AT&T the entire time I have had them. I was told that I would get a triple play - cell phone, TV and Internet. They can't bundle cell phone with anything. It is like two separate companies. They will talk about combined bill but not combined services. They say they can do anything but putting the cell phone and uverse together in impossible.

    I have never found a service that was good. Verizon, T-Mobile, ATT all crooks. I am currently on ATT. They try to go up every month. The will offer you one thing the bait and switch what they offer. Verizon out right lies and so does T-Mobile. I have caught them in lies. ATT is a little careful but lies the same. I can't find on that is worth the money and that does not require renegotiating every 6 months to a year. They will offer new people the world and the existing people nothing except more money needed.

    ..Another company installed a new stove and oven and wired it wrong, luckily it didn't work so i called 208Electric, came right away and saved my brand new appliance from being electriclly melted down...
    The other instance was by accident, he happened to be over consulting when the HVAC company was installing a new unit and he heard a weird noise, removed the panel face and found about 4 very loose wires ( fire hazard)  I WONT CALL ANYBODY ELSE!!!
    On two instances he saved me money and possibly prevented destruction of my property because of the shoddy work of others...

    Generally installation is quick since it is at a location that previously had a connection. One time they had to come out multiple times and said we needed to drill holes to run new cabling in an older building but turns out that wasn't necessary. For about the first 4 years I rented a modem/router. I had frequent connection issues and at times it was a weekly hassle to troubleshoot and resolve them on my own. Several times I had to make calls and have service visits to resolve connection issues. Those visits normally cost $45 if they determined the issue was not related to their equipment. Since I was in older buildings they often tried to blame the cabling. But overall the repair men were friendly and would sometimes waive the fee. Since I bought my own modem/router I've had ZERO issues. So I would highly recommend purchasing your own! Every 6 months or so they contact me trying to get me to upgrade and use one of theirs saying I am not getting an optimum connection speed with the one I have. That is annoying but I've never had any problems with my connection. Comcast seems somewhat overpriced but I have researched other options and decided to stay with them since they still have the fastest, best quality service available in my area right now.

    He never showed up - never called until 4:15 to inform me that he was just finishing a job across town - so sorry. He doesn't take appointments on the weekends or evenings so basically I wasted a whole vacation day waiting for him. I was better treated by Comcast - what does that tell you?

    We discontinued the HD and we had to bring the box to the store. When we moved in we had to call the county commissioner for them to do their job. We were not too happy with them. They spend the time on the phone to work out your problem. It was much easier when you could call them and they come out and fix the problem rather than on the phone trying to solve it.

    They did nothing and I knew they were notorious for sending information about people to the collection agencies.  I paid for the month of July 2015, but I did not pay for June.  It was close to the amount that they owed me (actually less than the amount owed me).  I have a very high (excellent) credit score, and I told them that I would contact my attorney if I was reported to a collection agency.  After checking all of 2014, it is obvious that they were not correct in their billing, and they made it so complicated to follow the billing information that I guess many people just accept it.  None of my friends pay the same amount, and I was paying much more than most of them and had the least service.  Most of my friends said that you just have to call Comcast and give them H*** and they will reduce your bill.  However, it usually goes right back up. Most of the people I talked with said they call every couple of months if needed.  They also shared that MEN usually do better!!

    Great difficulty getting information about installing the internet.
    I got different answers from different departments.
    An appointment was made in one department and I never knew an appointment was made. I had made an appointment with another department.
    I was told to call different departments where I got different answers to the same question.  One department does not seem to know what the other department is doing.
    Customer Service is not good.
    The technician preformed his part of the installation ok.

    Provider worked to help me understand why the cost of my invoice was rising so much each month. The bill was reduced (very little) and Free Starz was added. Comcast has the worst customer service ever. Unfortunately, their internet is the best in this neighborhood.
