    Thomas Waterproofing Company, LLC
Amazing company. No up-selling to products/services you dont need. They saved us a lot of money compared to all other companies in town. They dug a trench around the circumference of the entire basement and installed a sump pump. The basement has been dry ever since. They knew we were in rush to sell the house and squeezed us into their schedule to accommodate our needs. Grade A professionalism!

These guys are amazing! Other companies couldn't figure out how to solve the water seeping into my garage/basement because it was a little more complicated. Historical home. Thompson figured it out! The garage looks clean, neat and no water coming in after a ton of rain! I highly recommend them. Great pricing and very professional

    B-Dry Waterproofing & Foundation Repair
Overall it went well. D-Dry had a good price, the consultant for B-Dry was very knowledgable, punctual, and professional. He was also a licensed electrician. The team who did the work was the same - punctual, professional, hard working, and did an excellent job with the french drain and pump. However the drain pipe exit route was straight across the ceiling instead of following all other lines ducts and pipes. It looks very out of place. Also the water exit pipe was too close to the house installed too close to the house. In addition they had no idea that the consultant said he would wire a new outlet for the pump. The consultant came back the next day to do the work. Again the routing (due to the lack of wire he had with him) for the outlet made a straight line to the fuse box cutting across all other electrical lines. It looked bad and I re-did all of his work. Overall I am satisfied with B-Dry and its hard working employees and would hire them again if I had a need. I would try to keep a closer eye on the work details though.

American Foundation and Basement Repairs, LLC
All aspects of the job were done professionally and within the time frame and cost estimate that were quoted. All the guys were friendly and I was given all the details of the work to be performed and the status of the job as they went along.

ALL-DRY Basement Waterproofing & Foundation Repair
It went great...they came and did the whole basement in 3 days. I had them do it over 1 1/2 years ago and have had no problems with their work at all. I would recommend ALL-DRY to anyone who needs a dry basement. On a scale of 1-10 they are an 11.

American Foundation and Basement Repairs, LLC
The damage was assessed from the basement and it was determined that the foundation was sound, however, there was an area where the water had been able to ( over the years) create a small ravine through which the water could access the basement. As the downpipe was blocked and we had a severe rainstorm the basement was assessable to the large amount of water frowing from the blocked downpipe. The workmen accessed the damaged area from the outside and repaired the area under the foundation and extended the downpipe so that future water would be taken away from the house by over 15ft. This was done quickly in one day. and we have not experienced any further damage.

    Master Service Companies LLC
They are widely advertised on TV and elsewhere, I've seen them in the paper also. They simply wanted to overdo the job. They wanted 14,000 plus some dollars to do more than I wanted done. I didn't use them. They wanted to do a bunch of other things. It was 14,000 some dollars, which was way more than I wanted. They wanted to come inside the basement and put in a composite material that basically made it look pretty. I really didn't need that, what I needed was the pipes fixed. They wanted to do way more than I wanted done. They were fairly thorough. The guy who came out was really very thorough. He spent some time here, he really spent more time than he should have and I think he wanted the job. I live in a sort of an upscale community here and the houses all look nice and so forth. He wanted to land this job because this guy can pay big bucks and it wasn't the case. That was my take on it. I got the impression that they were fairly professional, but that was only an impression. Since they didn't do any work, you can't really tell that much from one visit by one person.

    Instant Dri
My husband and I moved into our home in June of 2014. Instant Dri performed a mold cleaning, applied some water proofing sealant along the walls, and re-did the insulation in our crawlspace. They also installed a new dehumidifier. We were very satisfied with the work.

Unfortunately, we began having problems with hydrostatic water coming up through the ground (it's a dirt floor in the crawlspace). And we developed a few leaks from high up in the back wall. Plus, the humidity level was so high that it overworked the dehumidifier, which kept breaking down. So, Instant Dri came back out to look at the problem areas and offered to help us at a very reasonable rate. Because they had done the mold cleaning and original water proofing, the owner felt responsible for making sure our crawlspace stayed water tight (and therefore mold-free).

They offered to basically revamp the entire crawlspace. New tarp for the entire floor, wrapping two or three feet up the walls. New heavy duty dehumidifier. They dug a trench and installed a sump pump that exited out the side of the house. The owner even found a leak under our water heater that we didn't even know existed (because he found some damp insulation during the walk-through). They applied some kevlar bands along a weak-looking wall to help support it (which has nothing much to do with the leaky areas, but he wanted to make sure we were safe).

Needless to say, Instant Dri puts customer satisfaction at the top of their priority list. We are ecstatic with our new and improved crawlspace area. With the new dehumidifier, it keeps our crawlspace (and practically the whole house) at a comfortable level. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of

    B-Dry Waterproofing & Foundation Repair
I hired them for air quality issues coming from my crawlspace. The salesman recommendation a drainage ditch and sump pump then encapsulation. When asked about removing the mold which MasterDry was going to blast off of my wood joints, he said they do something even better. They would spray something that kills the mold and prevents it from coming back. This did not work. I just had a mold specialist come inspect and I still have mold in my crawlspace and it is coming through the air we are breathing. Also, they installed the Healthy Blue Canyon system two months ago but still have not sent an electrician to hook it up. My air quality and allergies are worse now than when I hired B-Dry. I called the company to report it and ask someone to come out and inspect and address my issues but no one has come out. I think the crew did a good job on the drainage ditch and sump pump but they did not solve my initial concern with the air quality, which was the reason I called them.

    Indoor Air Quality Specialists, Inc.

It is easy to earned 5 stars when a job goes well. It is very difficult to earn 5 stars when a job does not go well. Things happen. How a company responds to things going wrong is what separates the Champions from the Chumps. Things went wrong on our job. Mike Church, (Owner), immediately sprang into action. No finger pointing, no excuses, no BS ? Mike stated he will make things right and he did. It takes a Champion to step up and do whatever it takes to make thing right. Crawl Space Ninja are true Champions ? they delivered. In the end, we are very pleased with our crawl space, and even more pleased that we choose Crawl Space Ninja to do the job. I?m not sure another company would have the same level of integrity.
