The receptionist (to include the front office help) & the shot room nurse were unorganized, demeaning and rude. The first appointment I had scheduled for injections-they didn't have me on the schedule and asked me why I was there. My serum was not mixed (this delay in mixing the serum caused a HUGE bill for me due to changing insurance-over $900.00) Plus, I did not get to have a visit that day and had to return to the office again. The second time I went to the office for injections someone locked the door-literally in my face at 3:59pm (They closed that day at 4pm). I stood there and knocked as they threw the deadbolt--I had driven straight there in traffic from work (UT Hospital). I called the office while standing at the locked door and receptionist answered the phone and told me "Sorry the nurse has already left. You can come back tomorrow or Saturday." I told the receptionist how unprofessional I felt this was as well as inconvenient and that I wasn't sure that I would return at all. I NEVER did return to their office for any more shots or follow-up visits. This happened August 2016. No one EVER attempted to contact me. I paid my bill, but I won't be returning. It makes you wonder if the doctor knows how the office is being run.

I went here to get evaluated for severe allergies.  I have now been getting allergy shots here for about a year now, and have no complaints with the doctor I saw nor the office staff.  The doctor seemed easy to talk to, explained my options, and I like the availability of the shot room hours (just need wi-fi).  :)

I would definitely give them an A all the way down.  All the doctors there seem to be very efficient and knowledgeable, especially Dr Oberholtz.  He is very knowledgeable in his field plus other medical fields.

Dr. Overholt keeps up with the latest and the most advanced tools for fighting allergies. He's always available, if I can at 9 in the morning I could meet him the same day sometimes around 1 in the afternoon.

I think he is very knowledgeable and I trust him. I don't see him anymore, but I had seen him for a long time. At one point, I went to another doctor that was "new age" and that was not a good idea. I feel that he has always been very honest. The people that he employees are very clear about what is needed and I trust that they know what they doing. His office is good about availability. His office is great.

He is excellent. I take allergy shots all the time. He is brilliant but he has taken care of not only my allergies but also those of my grandson since he has been born. He is now 7 and he doesn't have to go to hospital every time he gets a cold. Dr. Pienkowski has been highly recommended to me by my primary care doctor because he was brilliant in his field. He is an immunologist and an allergist and he is absolutely dedicated to getting people well. We will continue to use his services in the future.

The office off of Weisgarber is very welcoming. The check-in process was easy. This was the first doctor appointment I have ever had where the actual doctor comes out to get you from the lobby. There was NO waiting in the exam room. Directly into his office for a consult and discussion about my symptoms. We then went into the exam room where he performed a series of tests. He explained everything to me and his staff were very prompt and friendly. There was hardly any idle waiting time in the exam room. After getting the diagnoses I was provided with treatment plan options. We talked about the pros and cons of each and made the choice to move forward.

Overall this was a great experience. Dr. Overholt is very friendly and has excellent bedside manner. I had a good experience.

It was a good experience. He was professional and knowledgeable. That was my first visit to him. I first found him on Angie's List and then I asked other people about him, and that is why I went to him to begin with. The overall experience was excellent. When I had a problem with some medication I was a little disappointed that it took a few days for them to get back to me. The office environment was good. The staff was friendly. I would like for him to be a little friendlier but he was very nice and polite. He communicated well. I would use this provider again.

He is great. I am happy with every prospect of the practice. He has great combination of medical knowledge and effective treatment skills. He has the ability to listen and answer my questions. He is really effective in patient encounter. He is happy to refill my prescription anytime with no extra charges. I rate him high overall. I have been going there for years.
