AGuaranteed Services LLCBefore we closed on our home we started looking for contractors. My wife began calling around to get someone to visit. After speaking with Reginald at Guaranteed services she was sure we had found the right one. Fast forward to today and we still feel the same way. Guaranteed services has repaired, rescreened, and repainted our deck. Built new outdoor deck steps. Built a beautiful and very sturdy fence over 350 linear ft. Completely remodeled 3 bathrooms including tile, plumbing, and building a new shower. Painted most of our home. Found and replaced completely rotted pipes after jackhammering the foundation. Added wrought iron railing on front porch and back yard. Replaced an old FPE electrical box with a brand new 200A box. Removed 2 dead trees in our yard (over 70ft) The list goes on. We are very fortunate to have found Guaranteed services. The professionalism, quality of work, and reasonable price will have us continue to utilize their services. They all arrived as scheduled and communicated well with me. The coordination of the teams was excellent with little or no downtime between one group finishing and the next group starting. ASummit Painting and Remodeling LLCWe requested an estimate for a 2nd story deck rebuild/4 seasons room built onto the back of our home. Will was very responsive, and made time in his schedule to stop by shortly after reaching out for a quote. He was very knowledgeable about what would need to be done to make sure the addition would be very well built and match my "wants", and was able to answer all questions around the build and any options we wanted; we had received multiple quotes for this project, and the Summit quote was very detailed, so that we could see the exact breakdown of costs, and was cost competitive with the other quotes we received. We decided not to pursue the addition, but hopefully can work with Summit on future projects.- Amanda D.

Answered all questions and they used custom made products. Yes we will definitely use them again we are so happy with our sunroom and I spend most of my day out there its like being outside but not in the heat. ACRS ExteriorsFrom start to finish Sales Rep, Ed Clark, was a pleasure to work with. His knowledgeable recommendations on the many possibilities for the design of the room expanded our vision and improved the final product beyond our expectations. He kept us informed regularly throughout the entire project. Dan, our assigned Project Manager, was on site regularly to ensure quality of workmanship by the many trade teams involved. Progress was hampered due to unpredictable winter weather but the finished project was well worth the cost. We would highly recommend the CRS team to anyone considering any future sun room renovation project.- Lesley A.

AWoodruff Construction LLCWe have used Woodruff Construction for 10+ years on 2 different houses. They are currently working on a Master Bath and Kitchen project in our current house. They are always on time, clean up after themselves on a daily basis and to ensure everything is up to current building codes he pulls permits. They have a knack for thinking outside the box to make existing changes for our old house that allows us to use more modern products that looks like it the changes have been there from when the house was built. We have one more project to complete our house and we will be using Woodruff Construction for this also.- Stuart M.

ACould not be happier with the job Jerud and his team did. We chose them because out of all the contractors we had out he seemed the most thorough in assessing and addressing our house's issues. His team was flexible, dependable, and honest. For instance, when they found a serious electrical issue that the person who flipped our house 15 years ago had left they told us immediately, explained the problem in detail, and gave us the name of the electrical team they were working with who could remedy it soon. Jerud even credited us back money for part of a job on our roof that ended up not being not necessary. He checked and double checked to make sure the leak issue would be resolved by doing something minor. We were so thankful that his team took on our project as it was not a huge glamorous before and after, but way more than what a general handyman would be hired for. He gave a year warranty on any work that was done and was completely professional and friendly. His reputation was verified by the electrician who came out a few days later and said, "Jerud really is a good, honest contractor. It's sad to say there aren't many like that anymore and I work with a lot..."
