AThe Premier HandymanThe job done was excellent. The guys showed up when they said the would, and made a few changes for me on the fly. The estimate was good, and they even came in a bit under. I like that I paid for the work by the hour, and could see what I was paying for. The were very responsive, and always called me back quickly if I could reach them. AThe Honey Do Service, Inc. - West Knoxville, TNContacted the Honey Do Service and Brittany got me on the schedule to have the estimator come out and write up the proposal. $618 proposal was appropriate for the complexity of roof cap replacement since it involved removing shingles etc. A couple weeks later the worker came out and completed the work over the next five hours. Very pleasant veteran who did a very good job removing and installing the new attic dryer booster fan and cleaned up the debris. The new roof vent cap went smoothly the day of install, but ran into an issue the next day when the booster fan clogged. Turns out the bird and insect screen was left installed so the lint was backing up. Out of ordinary bathroom exhaust vent install for the vent cap, so I just went on the roof and pulled the screen out. It has been two months since the install and everything is still running smoothly. I'd hire them again for other projects.- Chad C.

AThe job is now completed. Adam is a very nice man. He said my roof is now fully repaired and that I should not have any more leaks at all on the entire roof. They replaced every screw on the metal roof and all the flew vent boots. And a few parts replaced also trim added. We hope the roof is fully repaired now that the work is completed by cover pro Roofing. We really can not yet verify that the roof is fully and correctly repaired because it has not rained here yet since the completion of the repair. Time will tell about the repair at this point we are satisfied with cover pro Roofing. Again time will tell the story about the repair work done. Thanks Adam. Barnett Roofing is a local (not storm chasers) roofing company that was here before and after the storms. We specialize in residential roofing and repairs along with churches and other commercial roofs. We use only very experienced roofers who are not doing landscaping one day and laying tile another, only roofing six days a week. Most residential roofs take 8 hours to complete. We do NOT take deposits to do residential roofing usually.

AI am very pleased with the work done. Victoria and Chris did an excellent job. Victoria was very knowledgeable and correctly assessed what was causing the leakage problems and the proper way to correct them. They showed up as scheduled, completed the work in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning up the job site when they were done. The cost of the job was also very reasonable.
