Jay & his crew arrived exactly on time, ready to work. Jay was in constant contact with me when the job was delayed due to inclement weather. When the job began again, Jay and crew were there exactly on time. Jay explained everything that was going to be done and he pointed out problem areas on our home needing special attention. Jay and his crew were the most professional workers I have had work on one of my homes in over 30 years of home ownership. I had considered 3 of the top rated companies for the work and though McLain's was not the least expensive I wanted to work directly with a company and it's employees and not thru a contractor that was using other people & services. McLain's employees, attention to detail and the finished product were what I wanted & expected when I hired them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them, again, for any future projects.
