AFountain City Pest ControlWe don't like bugs! We hired Gary to take care of our preventive services the day after we purchased the house in 2017. He also services my dental office that I work at. He doesn't do much advertising but by word of mouth. His knowledge for helping understand the process helped me have confidence in the job. You can receive inside, outside or both treatment. I've seen only one spider, in my basement since we've had his services. One. That's it. I'm soooo grateful. Our dogs live in the shed with a doggie door to their kenneled yard. Gary is happy to spray inside and out of their 'home' as included in our fee. It's super safe for even them and they have no bugs either. Trust this company. Well worth every dollar!- Agnes S.

DWhen I called to book this company I was very excited, I really only hire movers for my upright piano. It has been moved three times by other companies previously. The beginning of the day went great, the guys were nice and got me loaded fairly quickly. The issues came when we arrived at my new place and they had to call their boss about moving the piano upstairs. When I booked I told them I had a piano and that it would have to go upstairs. They proceeded to have their boss, Jordan, come and treat me like I was stupid and he said “well it’s not going up there so you better figure out what you want to do.” He offered no solutions or discount for my trouble. They did not deliver on their full job. The rest of the experience was tarnished after interacting with their boss. I’ve had movers move this piano before up and down stairs. They just didn’t actually want to try or deal with the hassle. I nor my family and friends will ever move with them again. If you have anything that’s larger or heavy that needs to go upstairs don’t bother.

AThey were very thorough in looking for problem areas and sealing the house. They sealed the house so rodents can’t get back in. Another company said they sealed it but they didn’t do a good job. Alpha Wildlife fixed the other company’s mistakes. They are friendly and helpful. They really are one of the best company we’ve come in contact with.

AWe've used Westbrook Repair for several projects since buying our old house 2 years ago. We decided to have them do our new roof this year. Could not be happier! It involved taking down some old dormers and an old, non-functioning chimney, not an easy task! They even preserved the old chimney so we could use it as a memorial to our old house. Our work was done in a timely manner and they were there to address a few issues after. They are GAF certified which was one reason we chose them. Mr. Westbrook is a joy to know and work with and we would highly recommend!!

FWas told by companies represntative that we had standing water in crawl space (which we already knew). It was recommended we have crawl space encapsulated to resolve the problem which was done in Mar 2019. Mud was tracked on the bite barrier during installation. It became apparent after projection completion that it would not solve the water issue. Several cuts were made in the barrier in an attempt to drain water from underneath the barrier. Did not work either. Technician we were dealing with was terminated by company during the process. Another technician was assigned to try and fix the problem. He informed us that the water should have been removed and drainage system and sump pump installed prior to encapsulation. Had I known we needed a drainage system I would have contacted companies that specialize in water prevention. Filed complaint with BBB with no result. Company hides behind wording in contract and takes no responsibility for information told to us by their reprentative. Hiring another company to try and fix the problems we still have. I have pics that show the quality of work done.

CHi, We have been a customer of Heritage Termite & Pest Control for several years and have been very happy with their customer service and their ability to keep our pests away. We are annual contract customers whose home is serviced quarterly. Our home was serviced on 8/31/18. On Nov 26 I called to inform about ants in the kitchen, living room, and both bathrooms. I was told the scheduler was not in the office and someone would contact me. No one called me back that day. I called again the next day and was told something similar. Finally on the 28th someone called me and scheduled the visit the following day. The technician came out and sprayed inside and outside the house as well as put down some bait in the kitchen. We started seeing ants again about a week later. We gave the treatment time to work but saw an increase in ants. I called again on Dec 11 and was called back on Dec 12, a technician came out on the 14th. I told them someone had come out around 3 weeks prior but we hadn't seen a change in the ants. We waited another 2 weeks and we still have ants in all the same places that have been treated twice since Nov 29. I called yesterday, Dec 27 to inform about the ants and was told someone would call me back. No one called me back yesterday or today. The customer service has gone downhill and the ability to control our pests are ineffective since being taken over by Gregory.

FBasically we feel like we threw away our ~$900 or so for half a year's service. You can view the attached pictures to see how ugly our yard has been for the past 3 months after the last LD treatment. Weed treatment didn't work and they did an absolutely horrible job of fertilizing it. Yard has never been worse since giving LD a chance. We hired Lawn Doctor in summer 2019. I didn't put down enough fertilizer in the spring so it was yellowy all summer and the weeds have been getting worse so I wanted to just pay a company to get it back in shape for me. My house is only 2 years old and it was fully sodded so the yard itself isn't that bad. In addition to wanting fertilizer service and weed service I also wanted them to aerate the soil and go ahead and overseed the yard. Lawn aeration and overseeding were ok (they did skip a huge spot on my yard when seeding but they came back the next day and fixed it after we complained) so we don't have any issue with that. Our issues are with the weed control and fertilization. Weed control just didn't work at all. I spent probably 5-6 hours on my knees pulling out the weeds one-by-one just to get my lawn to the way it is right now. If I'm paying a company to kill weeds then I'm expecting that it will get done and that I will not have to do everything myself. They also did a horrible job at fertilizing before the winter. Around a month later (beginning of December) my wife and I both noticed that our front yard looked like a race track. There is an obvious dark oval where the guy drove the 4 wheeler around our front yard and the yard is light yellow everywhere he did not drive over. The left and right sides of my yard have one long dark green stripe and the rest is light yellow. The back yard looks just the same with dark green stripes only in the place where the guy drove. Not only was my yard not fertilized properly at all but it now looks WAY worse than before and it stands out in the neighborhood in a very bad way. Long story short, you will absolutely throw your money away and your yard will look even worse than it did before you called Lawn Doctor. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
