AGLS Remodeling LLCOnce they got going, it went well. They were efficient in the demolition portion and very explanatory in the install portion. Even with the sub-standard tiles that the owner bought from HD, they were able to lay the new floor although it was a struggle as the tiles were apt to break at the corners. They cleaned up the area after the installation and even cleaned up the shower stall and sink area. Most pleasant to work with.- P N.

AGLS Remodeling LLCThis is the 2nd job Gil has done for me. Previously he remodeled my guest bathroom. I knew he would do a quality job also this time. Very pleased with the completed project. Shower/tub was replaced with floor to ceiling tile. New hinged shower door was installed, as well as folding shower seat, rain shower head, safety grab bars. Floor tile was replaced. Great job! Narrow linen closet door was removed, spaced opened up for easier access to shelves. Vanity, mirrors, lighting, vanity faucets, and exhaust fan were replaced with better products. Work space was kept as clean/neat as possible during the project. Job was started on time. Gil was always here when he said he would be. Super happy with the job. Thank you GLS. ACould not be happier with the job Jerud and his team did. We chose them because out of all the contractors we had out he seemed the most thorough in assessing and addressing our house's issues. His team was flexible, dependable, and honest. For instance, when they found a serious electrical issue that the person who flipped our house 15 years ago had left they told us immediately, explained the problem in detail, and gave us the name of the electrical team they were working with who could remedy it soon. Jerud even credited us back money for part of a job on our roof that ended up not being not necessary. He checked and double checked to make sure the leak issue would be resolved by doing something minor. We were so thankful that his team took on our project as it was not a huge glamorous before and after, but way more than what a general handyman would be hired for. He gave a year warranty on any work that was done and was completely professional and friendly. His reputation was verified by the electrician who came out a few days later and said, "Jerud really is a good, honest contractor. It's sad to say there aren't many like that anymore and I work with a lot..."

AOur master bathroom remodeling went extremely well. Jeff Wellman and his team of Nate and Tom started on the date promised, showed up on time every day, and completed the project as scheduled. Jeff was a big help in providing practical advise on where to locate the vanity, transom windows, shower, tub, lighting, etc. His years of experience lent itself to making sure everything looked professional and cohesive. Jeff and team aren't afraid to venture into new territory. The LVT floor we picked out was one they hadn't installed before, but they studied and followed the directions to the letter and it looks fantastic. Also the freestanding whirlpool/air bathtub we bought was one they hadn't encountered. It didn't matter as they figured it out quickly and installed it perfectly. Wellman Custom Remodeling handled our project as almost turnkey including: painting the room, installing transom windows, vanities, floor, electrical, exhaust fan, drywall repair, and tiling, Jeff handled the subcontracting of the plumbing and glass installation for the shower. The only outside contractor was Mega Granite who measured and installed the granite under Jeff's guidance. We are very proud of our new bathroom and we're enjoying it very much!

AInitially I called The Ready Family for a quote but had to leave a message. I received a call back quickly and first spoke to Adrianna then Leanna. Josh Young was the person to give us a quote. Josh came out and did measurements and gave us a quote. We didn't go with them because the quote came back a little higher than we were willing to pay; but all persons involved were very responsive, professional and kind.
