AA-1 Certified Service IncA-1 Certified is a great company to work with. When I built my house, they installed my HVAC system. I have had a few items go out on my unit like a zone board and a pressure switch, but A1-Certified has been very responsive, professional and fair. I purchased an extended warranty when I purchased the HVAC system and it has covered the cost of the repairs. I would recommend A1-Certified to anybody.- Michael B.

AChaffee AirMy heat pump and coolant went out in my unit and I had to run off emergency heat which costed me triple on my utility bill. I was referred by a friend to Chaffee Air and could not be more pleased with the my choice to give them a call. I was shocked to see how quickly they sent someone out and the efficiency of their work. I will definitely be using them in the future.- Luke C.

AAdvanced Heating and AirAdvanced heating and air solved our problem of an uncomfortable sunroom. They offered solutions, options, and information about a great system that was new to us...the Gree mini-split. We chose the Gree. The indoor components were slim-lined and fit right in with the room. The best part is that they were whisper quiet. (Also the outdoor opponent). ADean plumbing heating & cooling llcThe technician(s) had to return several times to make adjustments. Casey, secretary/office manager, was the one who scheduled and coordinated appointments. She also took phone calls regarding "issues" which were resolved. Her positive attitude, listening skills and ability to diffuse the situation made our interactions with Dean more much more pleasant. AAir Specialities LLCWe were extremely pleased with our service from Air Specialties. I called Kevin after noticing mold on the registers in my daughters room. He was out within a few days and provided an estimate for the job. While he was there he did an amazing job explaining the process and I knew if I hired him it would be done the right way. His team did a great job cleaning and removing the mold in our air ducts and trunk lines which was shown to me in pictures and videos that Kevin took. They also did an outstanding job cleaning up after the work was complete (it was cleaner than before they arrived). Lastly, they even painted some of the registers that were chipped, so they looked brand new. I couldn’t be more impressed with their service and I feel better about the air my family is breathing.- Blair B.

AOur AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. We moved here a little over 4 years ago and haven't needed, or knew of, a good company. Did a little checking and decided on Crossville Heating and Cooling. I am sure glad we did! Their tech, Zack Burgess, arrived later that afternoon and had us up and running in no time. Great service, and Zach was outstanding. He answered any questions we had, and explained things as he went along too. He is definitely an asset to the company. We will be using this company in the future for any of our HVAC needs, and will be recommending them to others.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!
