    Northshore Urgent Care
Not only is this clinic so warm and inviting when you walk in the door, but the staff are absolutely incredible! They are so kind and eager to help. Dr. McFarlane is wonderful, and it's very clear she got into the medical field to help people. I am suffering from broken bones that have not healed correctly, and the therapy they offer has helped me immensely with my pain. I cannot recommend this clinic and wonderful staff enough!

The wellness check up is very thorough. They have a very efficient operation and are very responsive to on line requests through their patient portal. That portal makes it very easy to access medical records and correspond with the office. I have spent 47 years in tertiary care medicine so I am rather discriminating regarding health care providers.

I had a scheduled inducement. The nurse to patient ratio was 1:1. I had excellent care by all my nurses and the OB/gyn. They communicated with me and successfully delivered a healthy baby. Hospitals are for providing healthcare and that's exactly what they did!

Let me say I used to never go to the doctor for some 20 years or so because of my prior visits taking hours of waiting to be seen the waiting room for a brief 15 minute visit after a 2 hour wait (what was the purpose of making an appointment). When I reached my 50's I decided to give it another try since it is recommended when you get older. Since I have gone in for various things and they are very prompt. I had a physical and was out in less than 1 1/2 hours. Regular visits are usually  around 30 minutes or less. I have since been diagnosed with diabetes and have to go regularly every quarter and NEVER dread going. If my doctor is not in when I need to go they even offer for someone else to see me.

Well-Key Urgent Care formerly Smoky Mtn Urgent Car
My overall experience with them was very good. They were quick, and the doctor was very thorough and understanding. It did not feel like they were trying to rush through. It was a very personal service. I would highly recommend them. They are better than other urgent care facilities I have used in the past. They are much more prompt and provide personal service.

I consult her once every 6 months for checkups. About a year and half ago I lost about 23 pounds from 200 pounds. She has worked with me and prescribes health supplements. I feel 10 years younger now and I will continue to use her services in the future.

We had to take my 22 month old to the ER due to coughing and fever. The NP who saw us was incredibly friendly (as was everyone else we came in contact with). We were out the door with some prescriptions in about an hour. Baby is all better now, thanks to the care of this hospital.

They were very fast and efficient. They had the medication prepared in about 10 minutes. Also, they gave thorough instructions on how to use the medication, and were able to use a discount coupon that essentially made my son's medication free.

    Overton's Pharmacy
Arriving at about 3:15, I dropped off my prescription at the counter, and asked if it would be OK if I returned later (figuring I'd just go back to work and pick it up the next day). The lady helping me responded that that would be OK, but that the prescription would be ready in five to ten minutes if I wanted to wait. Since it was so short, I ended up deciding to wait. While waiting, I browsed the vitamin selection and looked at the prices at the coffee counter there (all very reasonable...a cup of coffee is $.59, and they also have things like ice cream, and sandwiches). There is a small table and chairs at the coffee bar for customers to use while waiting on prescriptions. I didn't get anything, since I'd already eaten, but observed the clerk being very helpful to other customers, making milkshakes and putting on a fresh pot of coffee when a customer asked for some, since the coffee they had had been brewed that morning. My prescription was in fact filled in about ten minutes, and the gentleman filling my prescription was very courteous...he did ask me to fill out a survey on my way out, but it was a very short survey with relevant questions as to their took all of ten seconds, and I was planning on filling one out anyway. Munsey fills prescriptions very quickly, has comfortable places to sit & get inexpensive coffee or food while waiting, and has good and courteous service. I'd highly recommend.
