ACustom Renovations CoI had flooding in my basement and after the drying and installation of a sump pump system, I needed a lot of reconstruction. This involved replacing carpet with vinyl plank flooring, some framing/drywall work, painting, tiling, etc. As always Mark and his crew did a great job. In addition to making sure all the work was properly completed, everything was also left cleaner than they found it. I really appreciate the attention to detail.- Markus I.

ACustom Renovations CoWe had about 2300 square feet of textured/stamped (not popcorn) ceiling removed from a house built in 1989. The ceiling had to be sprayed down, scraped, sanded, mudded, sanded some more, and painted. We knew it would be a huge dusty mess and wondered if it would be worth it. It was sooo worth it! The interior looks new. It's not unusual to have some residual "scarring," small imperfections in the finished product, but after gazing at it for a few weeks we've seen none. It's smooth. There were a couple of spots that had to be touched up during the process, but nothing he had to come back and fix. Clean-up was well done, whether daily or at the end. The only problem was damage to walls via water stains from the dampening process. The walls were not covered well enough. But Mark took care of that -- he bought paint and painted the walls.- melissa s.

AThe job is now completed. Adam is a very nice man. He said my roof is now fully repaired and that I should not have any more leaks at all on the entire roof. They replaced every screw on the metal roof and all the flew vent boots. And a few parts replaced also trim added. We hope the roof is fully repaired now that the work is completed by cover pro Roofing. We really can not yet verify that the roof is fully and correctly repaired because it has not rained here yet since the completion of the repair. Time will tell about the repair at this point we are satisfied with cover pro Roofing. Again time will tell the story about the repair work done. Thanks Adam. AInitially I called The Ready Family for a quote but had to leave a message. I received a call back quickly and first spoke to Adrianna then Leanna. Josh Young was the person to give us a quote. Josh came out and did measurements and gave us a quote. We didn't go with them because the quote came back a little higher than we were willing to pay; but all persons involved were very responsive, professional and kind.

ACan't praise Premier Handyman services highly enough! Two technicians arrived at the assigned time and promptly began the installation of our downstairs kitchenette: base cabinets, counter top, sink (to existing rough-in), wall cabinets, and a ceiling fan bracket in our main kitchen. They were fully prepared, knowledgeable about the job at hand, polite and mindful of our personal space, and paid close attention to not only the installation but also the cleanup. There was NO wasted time and their rates were quite competitive with others in the area. This is our second service from Premier Handyman and will definitely use their talents in the future should the need arise. Additionally, I have already recommended them to others in my immediate area!

AWe've used Westbrook Repair for several projects since buying our old house 2 years ago. We decided to have them do our new roof this year. Could not be happier! It involved taking down some old dormers and an old, non-functioning chimney, not an easy task! They even preserved the old chimney so we could use it as a memorial to our old house. Our work was done in a timely manner and they were there to address a few issues after. They are GAF certified which was one reason we chose them. Mr. Westbrook is a joy to know and work with and we would highly recommend!!
