ACountry Boy ExcavatingWe found Josh to be skilled, dependable and very agreeable. When we first met to discuss the project, he listened to our concerns and suggested various options for resolving them. Once we decided to hire him, he returned to go over the details before scheduling and returned again the day before work began. He called to confirm dates and times or if he would be late or needed to change plans. He consulted us as questions came up during the work, which was done carefully and to our specifications, and included some added touches. They spent a good amount of time putting the yard back in order. Recent heavy rains confirmed that the drainage system he returned to install is working well. We would definitely work with Josh again and have already recommended him to others. Our new driveway and sidewalk look great and will add to the value of the house.- Lee G.

I appreciate his communication with me throughout the process- he returned my call on the same day, and stayed in touch with me until the job was done. AViorel was very professional through out the quoting process. He made sure to work around our schedule and was always on time. During the work day my wife, newborn son, and I left for the day to avoid the excess commotion. Upon finding rotten boards he immediately called to let me know the situation and that he was going to do it right, but it may come out more than expected. I really appreciated his promptness in communicating with me and making sure the job was done correctly as replacing a roof is not something to cut corners on. As soon as they were done he called to let me know they were finished. Upon arrival I was very surprised on how well his team cleaned up and left my property exactly the way it was. If I need a roof again in the future (hopefully not for quite some time) I will definitely be contacting Viorel and his crew.

AWe've used Westbrook Repair for several projects since buying our old house 2 years ago. We decided to have them do our new roof this year. Could not be happier! It involved taking down some old dormers and an old, non-functioning chimney, not an easy task! They even preserved the old chimney so we could use it as a memorial to our old house. Our work was done in a timely manner and they were there to address a few issues after. They are GAF certified which was one reason we chose them. Mr. Westbrook is a joy to know and work with and we would highly recommend!!

FWe made an appointment for an estimate visit. Dwight showed up promptly. Spent a good amount of time with me to understand what needed to be done. After a week had gone by without receiving the estimate, I emailed him. He apologized for the delay and promised I would have the estimate the next day. Nearly two more weeks have gone by without the estimate. Obvious from other reviews that he gets overloaded and loses track of things.

DThis is an update to an A rating I gave at the time they did the work in July 2015, I could not edit the original review. I was pleased at the time but each year since the driveway has deteriorated and they do not return calls or come out when they say they will. They did repair one area 2x when they came out to reseal the driveway the first 2 years but I now have many large cracks along the driveway that are getting worse all the time even though there's no heavy traffic on it and I've tried to reseal/patch them. The old driveway under this one had no such cracks. The drain they installed had a side access designed to be plugged if a pipe was not installed. They put the plug on the inside instead of the out. The plug keeps falling out which wouldn't happen if installed on the outside. When it's out water fills the drain and washes out the dirt and stone from around the drain box and has reached the point where a sink hole now exists. The asphalt is breaking off and falling into the hole and the drain has cracked from lack of support around it. I'm going to have to fix it myself but it will never look the same. I've included pics of what their work looks like less than 4 years later. I called Ernie last summer and he said he'd come look at it but never did. For $10,000 I should have a nice looking driveway for many years especially when I paid another $1600 for 2 seal coats by them as instructed.
