AANDERSON APPLIANCE PARTS & SERVICEThe washer wouldn't run we took it into the shop. They worked on the washer and found the brake was stuck, after freeing up the brake it was found the spill tube was bad they replaced this assembly with a used one and got the machine working like new. ACustom Renovations CoWe expanded a ground floor family room, which required complete exterior and interior construction, with stacked stone to match existing exterior. Existing plumbing, electrical, and duct work had to be moved around. The room has a 5x10 closet with pull-down attic door and insulted attic above. A bay build-out added space to our dining room, and we added a walk-in pantry to the kitchen. Materials were included in the total price but not broken out. The contractor underestimated either the amount of stone needed or the cost of the (available) stone required to match the existing exterior. He covered about $400 of the additional materials cost; we covered about $1000 at his request. Lesson learned: In the contract, stipulate the dollar amount designated for special materials. Other than that and some slow downs due to occasional absent workers, the job went as planned and we're happy with the result. We appreciated the daily clean-up as it was a lengthy project and just living with the upheaval was at times a challenge. Mark had a cleaning crew come one weekend to help keep things in order.- melissa s.

AThis was really cool to see. My back door for some crazy reason was the only section not covered by my wrap around deck. I told Mark I wanted it to match the existing sections, and mirror the front of the house. You can't imagine the crazy angles required to make this happen. You also can't tell where he added on when it was finished!!! AMAZING!!! Not one person who has been to the house previously can figure out where they added on from. They even matched the paint and stain perfectly on poles, railings, and roof. Mark and CRC are worth every penny, and just great folks!

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

ACan't praise Premier Handyman services highly enough! Two technicians arrived at the assigned time and promptly began the installation of our downstairs kitchenette: base cabinets, counter top, sink (to existing rough-in), wall cabinets, and a ceiling fan bracket in our main kitchen. They were fully prepared, knowledgeable about the job at hand, polite and mindful of our personal space, and paid close attention to not only the installation but also the cleanup. There was NO wasted time and their rates were quite competitive with others in the area. This is our second service from Premier Handyman and will definitely use their talents in the future should the need arise. Additionally, I have already recommended them to others in my immediate area!
