First, we were told the professional would arrive at noon, but they showed up at 2:15PM. There seemed to be a miscommunication that it should have been "any time after noon" but instead we were told noon. The job started and finished on time and on schedule. The workers were extremely courteous and professional. During the excavation process, an unforeseen problem arose with an existing lamp post and buried wiring.
