DJimmy Rogers Flooring IncDID NOT GET JOB DONE AS REQUESTED...THEY DID WHAT THEY WANTED MORE THAN WHAT WE WANTED. WHEN I STATED THAT WORK WAS NOT AS TO OUR LIKING...HE SAID HE WOULD RE-DO, BUT IT WOULD BE EXTRA MONEY TO TAKE OUT AND DO OVER. OF CORSE WE SAID NO DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE HAD ALREADY PAID HIM OVER 17 THOUSAND DOLLARS. THIS WORK WAS DONE IN 2016 AND TODAY WE ARE LIVING WITH BUCKLED TILE...GAPS IN THE BASE BOARD...AND A CLOSET DOOR THAT IS NOT WIDE ENOUGH FOR DOOR TO CLOSE. THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER ISSUES AS WELL, BUT I'M GETTING TIRED OF WRITING NEGATIVE THINGS. LET ME CLOSE BY SAYNG PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING....THEY SEEM NICE AT FIRST AND PUT UP A GOOD FRONT WITH LOTS OF PROMISES...BUT BEWARE..IT'S ONLY A FRONT. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS IDIOT!!!!- JANET B.

AMr. Fix-It Home Improvements & Bath MastersLast year I had Darrell remove a roof of leaking skylights. I know have a new addition on the front of my house. Skylights were taken out and replaced with a room that has all windows in the front, creating a beautiful view of my property. I was so satisfied with the results of this room, I called Darrell back this year to do all of the above work. The wall between the Kitchen and living room was removed. Hardwood floors were put in the living room. Tile flooring was laid in the kitchen. Complete 1/2 bath was installed with new cupboards and counter top. All 3 rooms were painted. They also sanded down the mantel above my fireplace and sealed it. I can now stand in my kitchen and look across my living room, through sliding glass doors that lead out to my sun room, where i can once again see my mountain view.- Ruth C.

AWhite Oaks Flooring,Tile and Wood Restoration, LLCWe removed carpet from bedroom and the 70+ year old boards underneath were cupped. Randall was able to sand the floor smooth. Due to the cold weather, we had an issue with dust settling in the polyurethane before it was dry. Randall resanded/recoated. Now the floors look like new.- Estuardo R.

ASpoke to owner who explained full process for my wool as well as synthetic rugs. They picked up and moved furniture off the rugs where needed. The 7 rugs were finished on time but A True Clean held them about 2 weeks because we were moving. A timely delivery was made and the rugs turned out beautifully.

FHe completed the small bathroom and the kitchen but he said he couldn’t stop the leak in the garden tub he said he would have to get more parts but couldn’t find them that day. He called later in the week and said he had the parts. He came and worked approximately 30 minutes and said he couldn’t stop the leak. He said he wasn’t going to run around and try to find the parts to fix it it was costing him to much money. Needless to say we have received multiple invoices all stating different amounts and we are still at the same point we were without a functioning garden tub. He also voided the warranty’s on the other work at this time. We made an offer and at this time it is still left unresolved

Use this company if you are in the need of someone that can be trusted to do a really outstanding job with a very fair price. These days it is really hard to find someone that tells you the truth about anything, Mr. Mitchell and his team are the exception. Everything and I mean everything happened just as it was laid out to me before I signed the contract. I was told the day that the project would start and received a phone call to keep me informed of the progress. We had no delay's and no excuses, none were needed. The project was finished in 12-1/2 days, right on schedule. We wanted to cover our concrete patio with construction that did not look added on, "Mission Accomplished". To Tyrone I say thank you and expect more happy customers, my neighbors are asking for your business cards so get ready, they are on their way.
