Dr. Broyles is one of the sharpest people I have met. Ask a question about pet health and she answers in detail. She is wonderful with animals. Our little Silky is really ACTIVE and she handles him with ease. She gives him shots and he likes her. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Broyles. Ask for her. So glad we found this facility on Angie's List.

Dr Kapoor has always been great with our pets. He has taken care of our cats and dogs for the past 35 years and I have absolutely no complaints about the care. They seem to be a little high on price but since I haven't taken a pet to another vet for 35 years, I really don't have anything to compare it too.

You have to sit and wait, they don’t take appointments. The doctors are knowledgeable. For the service you get the processing is great so even if you have to wait it’s worth it. they are very accessible.

I have been more than satisfied with the service of all the vets and staff (technicians, receptionists, boarding) at Cherokee for the past three years.  They have provided service for my pets from wellness/prevention to critical care and end of life needs.  I find them to provide clear explanations of options (empowering me to decide) and this is done in a respectful and compassionate manner when those decisions are difficult. Needs have spanned dog bite to heart and kidney issues to ear infection and pancreatitis, and have included outpatient to hospitalization care.  They have supported me in figuring out a nutritious home-cooked diet (vs canned) because I felt it was in the best interest of my dog with special needs. The boarding staff are caring and I know that if there is a question or concern they will phone me while I am away.  (I had no worries leaving my dog with them when she was in a delicate post-hospitalization period and needed to be monitored for returned symptoms.) When my dogs are excited to ENTER the building when we are in the parking lot, and when they enthusiastically greet boarding staff in the lobby, even when they are there for veterinary care, that tells me that they have good associations with Cherokee---and their opinion matters.  I have recommended Cherokee services to friends and will continue to do so.  When it counts, and when there have been crisis health needs, the veterinarians and staff have been there consistently for us.  I would not dream of changing providers.

Dr. Lemarr is phenomenal. She obviously loves her job/patients. She's very thorough and compassionate. The techs are always friendly and loving toward our dogs as well.
I gave the cost a 'D', because I think vet care is very expensive. I still gave them an overall 'A', though, because I think that their cost is pretty much in line with others.

Dr. Tim and his staff were amazing! They were very prompt, professional, and made us feel welcomed. They went above and beyond I even received a follow up call to make sure everything was going well with my new pup. I will definitely continue to use them for all my current and future vet needs.

these people are so nice! I never have to wait more than 15 minutes. all the vets are capable, responsive and patient. the front staff are friendly and follow up every time. I have never felt I was being 'sold' a service or product we didn't need.

They are very good. We have used them for a long time. I think his prices are comparable with the other animal center in the area. They are for small animals. There are rabbis shots and everything. I never had any trouble getting an appointment. When I got there, I was taken in at a reasonable time. I did not have to spend long time there. They are very professional and courteous. Actually, when we had the cat put to sleep the last time, we had one like a month earlier or two. They were all alone with seventeen almost eighteen. I do not think he even charged me full price for the second one because it was so close to the other one. They are very sensitive to their clients. It is a great place to go. Its location is good. The people in the office have been very pleasant and kind.

I am very happy with them. They work partly here and they work in another place. They have a kennel but they do not have outdoor runs. It was hard to make sure you are taken care of and giving personal care. I took my three dogs last week. They are clean, they are professional, they are prompt. They are all women professionals. It is not huge but plenty of urgency to serve. The kennel is reasonable and it is called the "bank house".

They are very fantastic.  I've used them for a number of years.  They love all animals.  Their price is very reasonable.  They really care about animals and sends birthday cards to my pets through email.
