  • This was my first visit there and it will not be my last. Everyone was friendly and I did not have to wait at all to get in. I was given a thorough exam and then given options for changing my eyeglasses. Excellent service that I highly recommend!

  • He is professional, courteous, and has an easy bedside manner. He definitely gets in and gets out, but he does what he needs to do there and does it in a pleasant, professional way. It is a big practice. You may have to wait. You can get an appointment, but you may take a long time getting to see him.
    - Sharon D.
  • Very accuriate in his diagnosis and planed treatment. This provider is highly qualified and skilled. Is willing to answer questions until the patient understands the answer- however, the patient must ask until they understand.

  • Everything went well. Dr Rabon is very good at explaining everything to his patients. He is a very busy person and sometimes he gets a little behind in his timing. However, he is worth waiting for.

  • Eye Care Vision Associates are great. We have had them as our eye care providers for the last 3 years. Wonderful doctors. Their willingness to help and they are all around willing to do whatever needs to be done. They are straight forward. They will tell you they don't have your glasses now, but will get them soon. They tell it like it is. They tell you the truth. They are very professional, very straight forward, wonderful, happy to help you, and they go out of their way to be pleasant and happy. They are an A across the board. There is not one thing wrong with them.

  • I went to three separate doctors there, and they told me I needed to buy new lenses for my eye like every six weeks. This went on for quite some time in excess of a year. Finally, one of the doctors performed a surgery for strabismus which was fine. He did fine, but the idea that they kept telling me I needed stronger lenses. I spent a great deal of money with them. Then, I finally stopped going to them and went to Dr. Kimbrough. What I needed was to have my cataracts removed; that is why I could not see. It was just like a money mill. As ophthalmologists, they cannot tell me to simply have my cataracts removed. They kept me running around on their money, and I had a great deal of questions in my mind about that group. The office staffs were fine. Their communication was okay. I would never use them, and I will never recommend them.

  • Eventually, they quit taking my insurance, so I left. They were very bureaucratic and not very personal. It took a long time to get anything done. I had to wait in the office for an unnecessary amount of time.

  • Dr. Kimbrough has been my ophthalmologist for 13+ years. As always, she was professional and pleasant. Her exam was thorough and she answered several questions which I had about my eyes. The only negative aspect of my visit was the long wait before actually seeing the doctor; both in the waiting room and in the exam room. This seems to be an ongoing issue with this office because I've experienced this problem since first becoming a patient of Dr. Kimbrough.
    - Malinda D.
  • I have gone to Dr. Kimbrough for several years for my eye care. She is always courteous, friendly and professional. She is also very knowledgeable; since she is also a surgeon. She is thorough in her exams, takes her time with patients, and especially good about eye care for diabetics.
    - Kim M.
  • It went well.  Had some post-op concerns.  Took care of it over the phone and did not require that I come into the office.
