Called several weeks ago to get a price, had to call back a second time to finally get service scheduled. upon Scheduling service was told technician would be arriving at 1pm, then told in a later phone call 3pm telling me verbally technician was 5 miles away, followed by calling them myself directly at 4:05pm to be told the tech stopped to get lunch and would be arriving shortly. Technician arrived and removed my old windshield and proceeded to install the wrong windshield on my vehicle, and then tells me he will have to put my old windshield back on and that he will be back tomorrow with the proper windshield to get it replaced. After the windshield was fixed a nasty black residue was left on my headliner of my car, which I had to ask to have it taken off. I would never recommend this company to anyone now or in the future, the technician did his level best but it was overshadowed by the manager Dwight and his assistant repeatedly telling me technician would be arriving at the wrong time and refusing to accept responsibility and kept placing blame off on everyone other than himself and did little to fix the situation, other than coming back the next day to do what should have been done originally.

I do not hesitate to recommend Greg Ferguson for remodeling projects. The first thing I like about Greg is that he answers all phone calls or texts and shows up when he says he will. He was willing to change plans and try new techniques from what had been planned when problems came to light resulting from previous original building faults. Because it was such a large project in which the cost of many of the items could not be estimated in advance, his cost was for labor only. The project was finished within the time expected. During this project Greg was cognizant of costs, making suggestions that resulted in lower costs. His workers were always on time and I had no concern about them being in my house in terms of security. All were most courteous during this project and were a pleasure to work with. When other contractors whom I had contracted with before he agreed to do the work showed up to install countertops, sand floors, etc., Greg and his workers worked around their schedules and he was very supportive in making sure that their participation in our project was accommodated. In short, Greg is easy to work with and has a very high standard of craftsmanship. We have already asked Greg put us on his schedule to do some work on the outside of house!

The receptionist called the owner of the company downstairs to talk to us. I showed him the list. He looked at the dimensions and said, "We can't cut anything that accurately." I asked how accurately he can manage. He pointed to a sign on the wall which indicated all cuts would be within 1/8in. I told him that was fine; I could live with that tolerance. He said, "Okay, but I can't guarantee how accurate they're going to be." Then he asked what the other numbers on the page were. I told him that only the first four panes were exactly square. He looked at me and said, "The others aren't square?" I told him no, they were all slightly irregular. He then yelled, "I don't want to deal with this!" and actually threw the piece of paper back into my face. What I don't understand is this: If his equipment and/or his employees are not competent enough to cut 19 sheets of slightly irregular glass, that would be fine (though every other contractor said that was not a problem). If he actually had the technical skills and equipment to pull it off, but it just wasn't worth his while to do such an odd and small job, that's fine too (though every other contractor said they could get it done more or less over night). I understand someone not being able or not being willing to take a job. But to be so rude about it and actually throw the sheet back in my face is so unprofessional, not to mention childish. Sure, this job would only have amounted to about $400, but in the next several years, we will be purchasing several thousand dollars worth of glass. And of course, I will be telling everyone I possibly can about this experience.
