  • I go annually to Derm Assoc to see Dr. Sago. They never let me forget to make my annual appointment. Prevention and early detection is critical with my condition. They call several times to remind me when it is time to make my next appt. They are always professional, courteous, and I never have to wait long for my appt. I always leave understanding how my condition is progressing and the processes to keep it in check.

  • Overall, the experience was very positive. The staff is very professional, and the two physicians I have seen, Dr. Winton and Dr. Rob Clemmons, are both extremely competent. The only downside is that there is always seems to be a fairly long -- 30 minutes or longer -- upon arriving. Once called, though, everything moves fairly quickly.

  • Knowing that this practice often runs behind schedule, I schedule my appointments as early in the day as possible. This time I was only kept waiting for about 15 minutes.Dr Leicht is well experienced and competent. He patiently answers my questions. They do seem to have issues with their billing department. At the time of my visit they had some sort of billing problem and were unable to collect mypayment . It took several months before this was straightened out.

  • He has a long history in this area. I see him regularly. He is extremely principled, moral, and conservative. His availability is average because he is extremely popular, and it is hard to see him. The office environment is excellent. I will continue to use this provider.

  • They got it cured. He really liked them a lot. He thought the doctors were very competent there. No one else could figure out what was wrong with him until he went there. It took him a little while to get an appointment with them though.

  • Basically, he's a very busy man and it's hard to get an appointment with him. You really have to wait a long time and I guess if you had an issue, the appointment would be easier to make. Otherwise, if you're going in for checkup, he's just really busy. Most of the time we end up seeing his associate.

  • He was good. He was honest and accurate and did not go overboard on his diagnosis. At that time, he was very available, but I don't know about now. His bedside manner was good. The billing and administration aspect was fine. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.

  • I went in to day to the spa section - to make a appointment to get botox - there were 3 women behind the counter and one customer buying blush - no one would wait on me - they were talking to each other about non- work things and - i just got fed up and walked out - it was zero customer service - Iand apos;m going to knoxville and getting botox from Dr.Kleto - which is much better than just some office staff, I prefer getting it from a REAL doctor - sorry my money wasn't good enough!!!

  • Dr. Hudson has been my dermatologist for over 25 years. He has always been professional, compassionate, and knowledgable. He has treated me for acne (many years ago), taken off moles/skin tags, removed pre-cancerous cells on my nose, given me skin care advice, treated me for fungal infections from acrylic fingernails, treated me for poison ivy, etc. All the treatments were successful, and I trust him completely.

  • I sailed on a boat in the tropics for 15 years, and like most old sailors developed some skin cancer. So far, it's been taken care of, but I need checkups, and occasionally get some spots removed. Dr Gardner seems better then most at finding them, and does what is necessary, but no more than needed. His office staff is satisfactory. Like most docs, there is usually a long office wait. His prices are high, but no more than most in this country.
