After getting a root canal from Dr. Seaver (February 2013), he twice had a crown--neither one fit. He wanted to pull the tooth. I got a second opinion, was told there was no reason to pull the tooth, and I get a "real" root canal (the endodontist said Dr. Seaver's root canal was already crumbling and letting in bacteria, 5 months later). Dr. Seaver promptly refunded my money and said he would refund his portion of the crown back to the insurance company. Unfortunately, his office didn't put that clearly in their notes. When I finally went to get a crown from a new dentist a few weeks ago, my insurance company denied my claim because of the supposed crown I had received in 2013. Dr. Seaver's billing secretary was hostile and incompetent. After multiple calls from me, she said they were going to send a new check to the insurance company (which had no record of ever having received money back from Dr. Seaver). She said I would just have to wait up to four weeks for the insurance company to receive the check, and wait for them to contact my new insurance company. I went to speak to Dr. Seaver in person, asking for a one-sentence letter I could fax to my new insurance company letting them know the case would be cleared, and he refused, saying that I had "accused him of not paying the insurance company." I never accused him of anything--the insurance company told me when I called them that they had never received a check--that was a fact. I know this dentist is popular, but he is a jerk. I have never in my life had a health professional mess up that badly (root canal, crown, insurance problems), and then refuse to take any ownership for the problems and write a simple note of explanation to help with a new claim.

Because of a previous experience in which another dentist caused me to aspirate and dislocated my jaw, my level of anxiety was through the roof before having Dr. Ratliff fill two cavities. I hate being flat on my back with water pooling in my throat like I'm being waterboarded. Dr. Ratliff listened to my concerns and was appropriately responsive. He used a dental dam to keep water out of my throat and did the work without a bite block, thus avoiding another jaw dislocation. I went home and cried tears of joy. He deserves ten stars!

I had a root canal done some years ago by endodontic specialist and during the preparation, i asked two dental assistants where they went for general dental needs. Both said Keith was the best. I was unhappy with my current dentist as I was pressured to get massive treatments on each visit. It was like I was at a used car dealership with high-pressured sales. Keith, is the exact opposite and i trust his judgement and opinion.

I really like them. It is fun to go in there. They cut up and kid around and they do a good job. It is a pleasant place to go and they work with you on appointments. They are very competent and very comfortable place to go. This is where my insurance said I had to go. I was pleased with the work they did. We had a pretty bad snow storm here and they worked with me on when I could come in.

Wonderful experience. I was a self pay patient, for a while, and Dr. Smith's prices were VERY competitive and my care was top notch. The staff is friendly and he is so kind and talented. (I now have dental insurance, and the cost of service listed below reflects that.)

Dr Van Brocklin and his staff were professional ,pleasant, and extremely helpful. I went in thinking I would have four wisdom teeth removed and Dr Van Brocklin spent 10 minutes explaining the proceedure , what part of it was medically necessary , and that the other three wisdom teeth would most likely never be a problem. I chose to have one removed and save the other $1000.00. Thank you Dr. Van Brocklin!

Dr. Bateman and everyone in his office is very polite. His equipment is up to date and he seems to be very interested in exploring new technologies as they come available. Over the years he has taken the time to get to know me, is very thorough in his exams and is precise with his craft. I have needed substantial dental work including 2 bridges and he always takes the time to explain not only what he plans to do but also why in terms that I can understand. I appreciate that he wants me to understand what is going on with my dental health.  This has also contributed to a strong patient/Dr. trust level - which is so important with any medical professional.  Of course cleanings/check-ups are scheduled 6 months ahead but when I need work done I am always able to get an appointment in 1-2 weeks. The office wait prior to my appointments always seems very appropriate, a few minutes perhaps - nothing extensive.  I will gladly drive 30 miles to have Dr. Bateman continue to be my Dentist, he does a great job!

Dr. Nunley's staff is wonderful. They are so nice and welcoming.  The whole atmosphere is so relaxing (especially great for a dental office!).  The treatment and care was quick and they made me feel at ease throughout the whole process.  It is so nice to go the the dentist to get have a cavity filled and not have your mouth numb for the whole day.  I was back to "normal" in just a few hours.

I love my dentist. She does all the good dentist things. She is great at her job.She is very personable and sweet. It seems like she remembers everybody. She is great. She books up a couple of months in advance. But they can usually squeeze in.

I like her office. She was fine and dandy. She was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. Her hygienist was a lovely person and did a great job. Her office is very pleasant to be in. Her staff was wonderful. She got all the latest and greatest equipment. So, x-rays were just super simple, no mess, no fuss, no bother, and no stuff sticking out your mouth. It is just wonderful. It is very easy to go through that process, getting checked-in, cleaned, and checked-out. They were friendly, competent, professional, easy to work with, and smiled.
