    Roof began leaking after 5 months. It would stop leaking for a while and then started back this fall when heavy rains began. Jacob came once in June and squirted Great Stuff around and as he left he said ���you might wanna go do some trim work up there.��� After repeated attempts to reach him, he will no longer responds to calls. He gave me a 5 year warranty on labor and installation and is apparently not going to honor it.

    Very good. It is a bisy season for them but they worked my project into a schedule I could live with. The workers were pleasent and did the whole thing in abot 4 hours. Office staff was responsive. All in all acgood experience.

    Brandi (owner) is top notch! She REALLY knows her stuff! Being a single woman, who knows zero about roofing, she made me feel comfortable and put me at ease! She handled everything and made it so easy for me. Her guys came out and had one side of the old roof off in about 8 minutes! These guys are NOT slackers... they mean business!! They worked hard and fast! They were even willing to work New Years day! After seeing how hard and fast they worked on the garage, I told them there was no rush, and to please take the day off! But you better believe they showed up the next business day ready to start on my house! My house has never looked better! Amazing quality, great color! The darker roof makes the red brick pop! I would totally recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality job!

    DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE D & W!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. WILLIAM AND DONNY ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. LITERALLY CALL ANYONE ELSE.!!! We lost $300 and had to have someone else do the job. We have yet to find a single positive review anywhere.

    Gutters look fantastic. This company extremely attentive to detail and communicative about all work. Had no problems working around my schedule. The owner was one of the easiest people to work with. There was virtually no pressure when it came to payment or the project. Their work also got tested early on, there was 10 inches of snow the very next day and NOT ONE drop of water came thru. I am very pleased with the results. We also had other bids done and not only was he a very competitive quote, he even noticed a problem area that all the other contractors had overlooked.

    They fulfilled the special. Unfortunately, they have not followed up with my invitation to give me an estimate for related services. I have been contacted by them since then, but not to schedule the estimate or provide figures to me. It seems that the well-mannered scheduler and the very professional on-site professional are completely out of sync as to what the next step is supposed to be in my case. 
     
    That's too bad, for I felt they were very trustworthy, in that, in spite of some ceiling water damage I have, the inspector concluded that my roof is okay. The water damage was most likely caused by an ice dam in my gutters last winter. 
     
    I had asked them for an estimate for a better gutter system (either installing screens or an entirely new system) as well as solar-powered roof fans to replace my current generic outlets. 
     
    I can only guess that they aren't really interested in that kind of work, and must prefer to only follow through with total roof replacements.
    I get that. But, their failure to communicate that, especially after the salesman took measurements and said he would get back to me, keeps me from being able to give them perfect scores. 
     
    I would definitely recommend them for a roof inspection, however.

    I contacted the company before ordering to see how long it would be before they would be able to install the gutter guards. I was told it would be a week so I ordered. Communication was awful. It took about a week and a half to get an appointment arranged due to no or slow responses from the company. They missed the first appointment and never called. When I called them they didn't even realized the guy didn't come. Once they did finally come and do the job they did a good job and cleaned everything up. Couldn't even tell someone was there.

    I would highly recommend this company.  The office staff was extremely responsive and friendly.  They were very helpful with my questions and prompt to return calls.  I got a phone call the day before confirming and another one that morning that they were on the way. When the two gentlemen arrived they shook my hand and  introduced themselves and went right to work.  They were very friendly and quickly took care of the job.  When they left they thanked me.  Everyone I dealt with was so polite and courteous.  It is nice to know that some companies still value customer service.

    The installers showed up and went directly to work. We hardly even knew they were here. Before we knew it we had new gutters. Completely professional installation.

    The owner of the company did a follow up call to make sure we were happy. We were very happy. Very good company to deal with.

    It only took the installers one day to complete. The job was fast and without problems. very professionally done. We absolutely love our new roof. It made a drastic change in the appearance of our home.

    James was very friendly and explained everything up front so we knew what to expect, and it went as planned. he checked on the job as it was in progress, which seems to be unheard of the owner coming to see if the installation is going well and the owners

    are happy. 

    we would definetly recommend this contractor for any roofing needs.
