    This place has phenomenal energy! I hadn't been physically active consistently and here I am 1 month in...I STILL feel super pumped everytime I walk thru these doors. The Team is Amazing, Motivating and Kind! I love that they also focus on your mind-set and give you challenges along the way of your own personal journey. It doesn't matter if you have never kick boxed build your own pace, being mentored along the way. I could go on and on but I think you can get the idea this place is Awesome...but YES try this out for yourself!

    Before my session with James was over I knew I wanted to come back and work with him to get stronger, leaner and develop new habits that would lead to better life style! He was fun: I have always considered exerting boring, so imagine my surprise when he made our first session(which was free of cost so that we could both make an informed decision on if we were the right fit). He is very focused: I generally work out after work which means I'm not as focused as I probably(definitely) should be. He keeps me focused and at the same time ensures I get most from my workout. He customises workout: By that I don't mean he customised just the workout per the clients needs. He customises it to you as a person. He finds your dive and what technique works best to motivate you and encourage you to do your best. He is a coach: He doesn't just Crete a workout plan for you he pretty much helps you develop those new habits I takes about. He ensures you are learning about how he exercise helps you. Over all I couldn't wait to get back to my first official workout!

    Jim and I met for a consultation about 4 months ago. I have had many trainers in the past, none of which I have ever trusted to take me to the next level in both fitness and overall health; therefore, I am a bit jaded/reserved when it comes to extending my trust in professionals' within this industry. From the moment I sat down with Jim to tell him my story and goals and to listen to his assessment of how he could help me in my journey, I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, disarming demeanor and inspiring energy. Jim is unbelievably educated on the science behind exercise/health principles and how to achieve results. It is clear that he continues to educate himself on what is new in the field, never settling for status quo. All of this has led to an amazing four months of training with Jim. I began at two days a week and have increased to three because I enjoy working with him so much. Training is not always something that is easy to budget, but because Jim makes me feel better in mind and body- I make it a priority to plan ahead and find ways to fit it into my life. I can no longer picture what my world was before Jim; he has not only made me stronger, but he inspires me to be better in every other realm of my daily living. I know this may all seem a bit unbelievable- who would think a trainer could be so amazing? Before this experience, I would have been doubtful as well. No matter how hard it is to lift the heavy weights, to drag myself into the gym after a long day of work and to show up 100% - I am always extremely grateful I did it... and although I do this all for my benefit- knowing Jim is there keeps me focused and accountable. Because Jim inspires me so much - on days where I lack motivation, the thought of potentially letting him down or underperforming fuels me to push past what I perceived my own limitations to be. Needless to say, Jim is WONDERFUL and I am a true fan. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for finding such a positive role model and influential presence in my life.

    Amazing! This place is great for any person of any size and any age. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you are at, they treat everyone the same. I have never felt so comfortable in my own skin as I have in this place. They are more concerned about your health and well being than how much weight and how many pushups you can do.

    My daughter has been taking tae kwon do for about a year and it has been a very positive experience. The instructors really challenge the students, while also providing encouragement and a playful tone. I love that they teach the kids about respect for their parents and teachers and foster confidence and the ability to speak up. I highly recommend Yong In in Brentwood.

    I don't go there anymore but it worked out very well for me. I liked them because they had the zumba training; which was fun. They stopped that that's why I left.
