    Great. Dr. Beckham and staff have been my regular doctor for five years and appointments, check ups, etc. have all gone well. Appointments are on time. Doctor is very easy to talk to and easy to understand as he explains things. Staff is all friendly and helpful. Their website is nice to manage your information.

    Admitted to the ER because prostate clamped off urethra thus preventing ability to urinate. Ended up with a catheter to relieve pain and drain bladder. A week later was readjusted to the ER because of a severe urinary tract infection. This was over a month ago. Not once did he attempt to contact me on follow-up. Felt like he abandoned me. I have since found a new urologist who has compassion as well as the expertise to treat my cancerous prostate.

    I've been going to him for about three years, and he's excellent. Dr. Harris has a very caring and attentive demeanor, his office keeps wait times to less than 15 minutes, and he really takes his time when meeting with me.

    Dr. Beckham is fantastic! His office staff is courteous and friendly. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes except once and that was only for 30 minutes with many apologies from the staff. I would've given an "A" overall except for 2 things: 1) The patient room walls are paper thin so you can hear fairly well what's being said in adjoining rooms; 2) The office took a step backwards with pharmacy orders and no longer accepts faxes which caused me all sorts of problems--I was previously able to use iPhone app with Walgreen's for years and never had a problem, but the change wreaked havoc causing me to run out of prescription for days at a time and finally had to sever relationship with Walgreen's as they couldn't handle the "old style" process (more of a Walgreen's issue, but started here). Around the same time the Summit network implemented their Patient Portal which is an attempt to smooth out operations. It's taking time to get used to it, but so far so good. I have been able to use it to request Rx refills which my pharmacy used to be able to do for me but now cannot due to backwards step in policy. Still, the Dr. is so good as are the staff that I just deal with Rx setback and enjoy the rest of the benefits.

    It is a multispecialty group, so depending on the specialty they have offices in different areas. Their office and staff are very good, and I like them. They do a good job. Their nurses are great and the doctors are fine.

    He's an outstanding urologist, highly professional, very friendly and his staff is the same way.He set up his urology business here in Nashville and he is so well respected that he goes and does surgeries around the world and holds seminars that teaches other doctors.

    Allergy ENT Associates has an excellent and quot;Shot Clinicand quot; where you can just walk in and get the shots that you need. The clinic is open daily and you don't need an appointment to stop in. When you get there, you scan your card and within 5 minutes a nurse comes to get you and administer your injections. Once the injection is complete, you can wait 20 minutes, and they'll come back and check you, or you can choose to go.
    The staff is always extremely nice and the convenience of getting in and out for your allergy shots can't be beat!

    He is warm, and very personable, and he takes his time to talk to me, and I don’t have to wait all day, and he is honest and straightforward with what is going on, and he has excellent availability. He treats very well, and the insurance takes care of my billing.

    At first, he tried to treat it with medication. When that didn't work he told me the only option would be immune therapy. He is an extremely knowledgable, professional, and sensitive physician. He is very personable and listens intently to your need and works to find the best solution.

    I have been a patient there for many years. Overall, they are prompt and it is a very pleasant environment. We never had any problems with them. The staff is great. My doctor retired, and I switched to the new doctor and if he is unavailable I can go to one of the other doctors there. There is always someone available.
