  Friday morning, I got a text from Steve stating that his welder had broke. After my reply, and my request to keep me updated, I've not heard anything. It is now Thursday and I've wasted nearly a week when I could have someone else do the job. Things happen, that is understood. But seems that more and more folks have forgotten what common courtesy means. A simple phone call or text is all that was required here.

  David responded promptly and came out quickly for an estimate. We thought we would get a simple privacy fence, but it is much nicer than others in the neighborhood. The quality of the materials and the installation is a cut above.
  He even put us in touch with a surveyor who quickly identified the boundaries of our property before the install. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Ram Fence again and recommend them highly.

  Premier Fence Company

  After obtaining an estimate from Premier and comparing with other companies we decided to go with Premier fence. They gave us a reasonable quote and had financing at 0% if needed.
  They gave us a estimated date to install the fence which was a month later. I was ok with that. Once they arrived I noticed as soon as they pulled the fencing off the truck it was the wrong size. After talking with the manager he apologized that they had ordered the wrong fence. I had to wait a week for the new fence, and 2 more weeks for the custom gate. I would have been ok with waiting the month for the install but considering I had to wait that long because of the extra delay it would have been nice to receive some type of discount for the trouble, but nothing was offered.
  We like the finished product and so far we have had no problem with the product itself.

  Chuck is extremely detailed oriented and did a wonderful job explaining the process and correcting any complaints I had which there was almost none. His crew did an excellent job. You may pay just a tad more but you get what you pay for. The gates are metal framed and all the hardware is top quality. Would do business with again. Thanks
