    Other than him hooking it up wrong and having to fix his mistake there were no problems and no extra work involved. I then received an invoice for $615.25. When I asked them to explain the extra $165.25 they replied that the estimate was just a "ballpark figure and not an actual quote". This is a preferred provider for Hot Springs Spa which makes me think that they have hooked up quite a few hot tubs and should know what it takes to hook one up, especially when I told them exactly what needed to be done including measurements of cable needed. When I asked for an explanation of the extra cost I got no response. This just strikes me as a bait and switch tactic.

    Not too well. Two appointments were made over a period of about a month and they were both cancelled at the last minute (approximately 30 minutes before appointment). He did come and look at the work that needed to be done, but I never received an estimate or a call to schedule a time. That was enough to convince me to go somewhere else.

    I used Real Handy Pro to replace a doorbell transformer in July. In October, the doorbell stopped working and I left at least 3 voice messages and sent a text to schedule a time for them to come back and fix the issue. I still have never received a response. I���m very disappointed as they were wonderful to deal with in July.

    They were awesome. I really like them. They were extremely attentive. I had a million questions, and they answered all of them. They were very quickly to respond to me. Always showed up on time, and that is huge to me. The work took one day. I left the house, because I work from home, and I went into the office so I can keep working. I didn't noticed anything. It was cleaned when I got back. They went above and beyond by being attentive and responsive. Whether it was an cellphone number they gave me, or an email. They answered all my answers thoroughly.

    It was a pleasure working with everyone at Goddard Construction. Having had an unpleasant experience with a previous contractor, I was apprehensive and more than a little fearful of what my experience might be. But from the time they gave us a very thorough estimate to the end of our project, I can not say enough good things about how I was treated and how well they did their job. I know my new neighbors were impressed because the Goddard crew showed up early and stayed late. I only showed up on the weekends to see what had been completed for that week and I was never disappointed. Our project manager, Troy, was very easy to work with and all his people did a great job. Julie was very helpful as well. Like I said, everyone exceeded my expectations and did a great job.

    It was good. The stuff that they quote for price was a B. It sounds like it's right where needs to be, but certain things can be a little cheaper. All of that--responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism--they did a good job on that.

    I hired South Nashville Electric through Amazon. Terrell installed several home automation switches for me. He was very professional. He showed up on time, took time to understand the job and was very efficient in completing the installation. I will definitely hire them again.

    I had scheduled an appointment with another handyman about 2-3 weeks prior, but unfortunately they were in an accident that morning and couldn't make it. After trying to find someone else to at least do part of the project (had furniture being delivered the next day and wanted to get outlets switched beforehand), I called Ron. He was able to come out for a couple of hours the next morning and take care of the one room before my new furniture arrived. We then scheduled the remainder of the project for a couple of weeks later. He was professional, friendly, and really understood my situation and was accommodating.

    Everything went very well. As a new homeowner, I've been plagued by bad service, bad attitudes, tardiness, broken/non working equipment, exorbitant costs. Not here. They were punctual, returned my calls in a timely manner (within 24 hours, that's definitely appropriate for a business), came out for a free estimate at a time that was really inconvenient for him, and then gave me the estimate on the spot, beating out the nearest competition by a couple hundred dollars. On the day of service, he came on time, properly staffed, and completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job. He and his team had a great personality, and gave me the warranty run down before he left. If I need additional electrical work, I'll definitely call them.

    Excellent! Showed up at 7:00 am every morning except the time that I asked for a day off. Jermie has a very good crew that is very professional. They were very neat and put up with me.
