    Reliable Building Services Inc
Reliable Building Services were very professional and courteous when it came to our home addition. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly and went out of their way to fix prior mistakes from other contractors. The owner David was just a phone call away and although a busy man, would be able to meet with us within an hour. We are very pleased with the work they have done and would hire them for all of our building needs.

    M & M Plumbing

Have used this plumbing company for years.  Mike is the best!  They always show up when they say, do great work, clean up after, price is always what they quote.

I would never use a different company.

    Mariner Plumbing
He fixed the toilets to our satisfaction. He then asked for us to pay via (Walmart transfer) since we are living out of town now and he was working on our rental. He then requested payment in advance for the purchase and installation of a dehumidifier in the basement of the rental. Payment was made with a check, the check was cashed immediately but the work was never done. He kept telling me that he could not contact the renter so i contacted her and she told me that he has yet to call her. This went on for about a month then he stopped answering my texts and calls. Our renter continued to tell me that he never called to set up an appointment, she was even willing to leave a key for him to use if she could not be there.
I eventually contacted another contractor who was able to complete the job within two days with no issues contacting the renter. It has now been over two months. He has not answered my calls or responded to my texts and he has not refunded the $375.00 that we paid him for the job.

    Ameri-Dry Waterproofing
I had Ameri-Dry Waterproofing come to my house to inspect a water problem we

were having in our basement.  We found the inspector, Barry, to be very

knowledgeable and very thorough in his inspection.  He explained everything

to us and answered all of our question, which we had many.  At the end of

the inspection we all sat down and went over our goals and expectations.  We settled on the

Ameri-Dry drain system and found the price to be fair.  The full warranty

was the clincher for us.  They installed the system in less than a week and

I must say the men were very courteous.  They worked very hard and finished

the job in under four days.  The foreman, Barry, ran his crew very efficiently.

Everyone had their job and they performed them to my full satisfaction.

Even though we had dust they cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend Ameri-Dry

and would hire them again if I ever had the need.

    M & M Plumbing
We had five old, rusty, leaky yard hydrants that we needed replaced.  The guys came out, looked over the job, gave us a price and we picked a start date.  They arrived right on time and worked through the first day replacing four hydrants.  The fifth one had to be dug out of the ground and pipe replaced which could not be finished the first day.  The guys put us on the schedule for their next opening.  Again, they came out on time and completed the work.  We will use M&M Plumbing whenever we have a plumbing issue.

    M & M Plumbing
He updated a water line to my Samsung Fridge.  My house was built in the '40s and the plumber that installed the new refrigerator used a very small copper tube and a piercing valve.  That had caused clogs in the line.  Everything is working great now.

    Helbert Plumbing Svc
Disassembled and reassembled shower handle with new part. When turned on, it leaked all over the place. Took apart and reassembled again and it worked. Charged me for the time it took to fix his own error.

    Reliable Building Services Inc
In most parts, it was fine. I didn’t think their finish work was as good as I’ve seen. I also still have a lingering problem that they keep saying they will fix. Overall, they are prompt and come when they say they would.

    M & M Plumbing
Mike was professional from the moment I contacted him. Mike set up an appointment and set up an appointment and came on time. Mike and Kenny, his assistant performed all the agreed upon tasks and my plumbing issues have all been resolved. Mike also took the time to explain the Universal Protection Plan. Mike did not push the UPP on me, he only showed me the benefits. I saw the value and signed up. This immediately saved me money and I also have peace of mind about any plumbing needs that may arise in the future. Mike is a true professional plumber and he understands customer service. Mike's truck is identified which shows he stands behind his work. Mike also wears a professional uniform which shows he cares about how he presents himself. Mike charges by the job, not the hour. He still spent a lot of time answering all my questions. When Mike and Kenny came in, they brought all of the necessary tools so they did not waste time running in and out to their truck. Mike and Kenny both wore shoe covers over their boots to protect my carpet and floors.
I cannot recommend M&M Plumbing enough. If you need a true professional plumber that does what he says he will do when he says he will do it, you need M&M Plumbing.

    Brooks Builders
Brooks-Malone plumbing only put in about 80 feet of new line yet charged a very high price for the service. They could not complete the job in one day because they failed to bring enough parts to complete the job. They came back the next day and finished however they charged me for a second trip when it should have been done in one trip. They also sent three men to do a job that two could have easily done, therefore increasing the cost. When asked why three men were sent I was told that their men needed the work. The backfill job was fair at best and I had to spend more money to get it back into shape. On top of all this 10 months later all the fittings started leaking and had to be replaced because they used cheap clamps and they failed. I used another plumber to make the repairs because in earlier talks with the front office about what I considered was an extremely high price for the work done proved to be a waste of time. They informed me that their work was always worth the price. I will never use them again and would advise anyone to avoid using them. I will admit that I should have gotten a bid price in writing first, but I assumed because they are a local company they would be honest and fair. I guess I assumed wrong. In another related instance, I had a contractor remodel a bathroom. He used Brooks-Malone to do the plumbing, I was not very hopeful but that was the contractors decision. They had to come back to make repairs because the plumbing leaked. This did not cost me any extra because the contractor took care of it, however it proved to me these guys are not very good at their work.
