  • I did an out-the-door price, I just traded in my car and did an out-the-door price. It was an outstanding price. I walked out the door paying $8,000, which included my tax and I got a brand new car and it was a 2017 and I had a 2014 Camry. This is the third vehicle I purchased.

  • so i went here and got approved not once but twice to get this car that i fell in love with. they had all my information, wage, time at job, address, everything they needed to give to the finance company. well after going and getting the insurance for the car i go back to the car lot and i test drive the car(which was empty so we put gas in the car) and they say i dont make enough, ( which when i was approved it was for $400 down) so i added my fiance, well he tells us to give him an hour to contact the finance company well two hours later we call him back and he says now,  that we have to put $1500 down, needless to say my fiance makes triple i do and we felt like he gave us the complete run around! so im stuck until monday with insurance for a car that i dont have! we will never deal with this car dealership again!

  • They took my keys so their mechanic could take a look at the transmission which was in 2 pieces from the time I bought the car I rigged it back together as they did and drove it back up there to get help with it however the gave me my keys back without the car keys told me to get my stuff out of the car and said if I wanted to keep the car I owed 1800 on it that day. There is absolutely nothing I can do about it either. Because in there contract is a paper giving up my right to take them to court. but I needed a vehicle immediately for work. So, I didn't pay any attention to it. Plus I thought I was getting a real good car. Because it only had 130,000 miles.

  • All work was done in a timely manner and was successful.  Labor cost is less than a dealer but still substantial at $60.00 per hour.  I would recommend Luther and his team .....  they are very likable and capable

  • The body work performed was excellent. No complaints whatsoever there.
The problem I had occurred when I picked the vehicle up. My key was bent by someone at the dealership...to the point where it was difficult to start the car with it. My back seat area (leather seats in my new 5 month old, less than 2k miles on it) were filthy. It was obvious that when the body shop did their work, they sat in the rear seats to do the work. The seats were scuffed and extremely dusty. In disgust, I chose not to return the vehicle to them to be cleaned because I didn't want them touching it again.

  • I live in Tennessee and I travel 90 miles to get service for them.  When I purchased the car, they charged a fair price and they gave me $5,000 more than the companies in Northeast Tennessee.  You can trust in the work that they do and you know that if they say that it’s done, then it’s done right.  They stand behind their work and they will correct any mistakes that are made.  They call you back for appointments quickly, and will also call to confirm appointments as well.  They will also give you a vehicle while your car is being repaired.  The owner doesn’t work for a large company so the service is personable with an emphasis on customer service.  You can tell that he really believes in giving back to the community.

  • They're really good. I would give them all A's. I have no issues with them. They're really good and they do what they say. I had an old box truck doing business with and I needed it to be fixed and the owner drove it to the shop, had it fixed and drove it back to me. It was awesome. I spent about $460. It was a good deal.

  • I called Phillip Helbert.  Told him I got a tire estimate and asked if he wanted to give me a better price as they advertise.  He did and it was very good. I bought the tires.  Also I get all my oil changes, checkups and tire work done here but would not buy a car from them ....  their car sales manager is rude.  Quick Lane and Phillip are the best.

  • We chose this shop because of their reputation of specializing in working on foreign autos--especially Honda's. They are honest and fair and pleasant to work with. The work was done and car ready right on schedule. They did such a great job, our 2001 Honda Accord has been running great ever since!

  • Ronnie Morgan is the most honest, fair mechanic I know. While he's not always the lowest priced for the work done, his price is always fair. It's worth paying a bit more to know it will be done right. He worked on my old Mercury Grand Marquis over and over fixing first one thing and then another. One day he looked at me and said, "Paula, I could keep working on your car, but it would be cheaper for you to just get a new car." Now that's an honest man! The only downside or Morgan's Auto Clinic is that Ronnie's good reputation keeps him more than busy, meaning that you can't simply drive up and get your car worked on that day. It may be next week before he'll get you worked in. So, if you have an emergency auto repair that you need done "right now," you'll have to go elsewhere.
