  • Dr. Broyles is one of the sharpest people I have met. Ask a question about pet health and she answers in detail. She is wonderful with animals. Our little Silky is really ACTIVE and she handles him with ease. She gives him shots and he likes her. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Broyles. Ask for her. So glad we found this facility on Angie's List.

  • Barbara is a friendly, punctual and reliable pet sitter with a demonstrable love of animals.
She was a pleasure to work with and provided us status reports following each
visit w/ our pets. I certainly will call upon her again for future needs.

  • We had used Personal Touch since we moved to the area 2.5 years ago for our 6 year old Havanese mix, and have mixed feelings about them.  They seem friendly, and our dog never seemed more skittish about them than any other grooming place we've taken her too (though she was never excited to be there).  However, you have to drop your dog off in the morning, don't get them back until the afternoon (it seems as though they are there much longer than necessary), you can't see your dog until you pay (which means that you never know how much to tip), the place isn't obviously dirty but is sort of dingy, and twice now our dog has ended up with a rash after being groomed.  It might just be that she has very sensitive skin and can't handle clippers well, but I'm not going to take that chance again, as she has been groomed (by them as well as others) without developing a rash that requires a cone and steroid shot.

  • They are very good. We have used them for a long time. I think his prices are comparable with the other animal center in the area. They are for small animals. There are rabbis shots and everything. I never had any trouble getting an appointment. When I got there, I was taken in at a reasonable time. I did not have to spend long time there. They are very professional and courteous. Actually, when we had the cat put to sleep the last time, we had one like a month earlier or two. They were all alone with seventeen almost eighteen. I do not think he even charged me full price for the second one because it was so close to the other one. They are very sensitive to their clients. It is a great place to go. Its location is good. The people in the office have been very pleasant and kind.

  • They are very fantastic.  I've used them for a number of years.  They love all animals.  Their price is very reasonable.  They really care about animals and sends birthday cards to my pets through email.

  • Dr. Tim Dalpiaz did tests on my dog to find that her liver enzymes were out of safe zones. He then prescribed natural herbal medication
That has since got her back to feeling well again. He has been very attentive to my animals. The office staff has always followed up on
My animals and are very thorough. Thank you Boones Creek Animal Hospital. If you won't people to take care of your animals the way
That you would, this is the place to take your animals!"

  • I had found a stray dog and took her to the clinic to get checked out, bathed, and wormed. I explained that I would be turning turning the dog in to the shelter as I was unable to foster or care for this dog. They refused to accept the dog into the clinic without first vaccinating the dog. I objected as the dog was in such bad shape that I felt it was in the dog's best interest to be simply wormed, bathed and fed until she was in better shape. They insisted on administering the Bordetella vaccine (as well as all other vaccines), citing the welfare of their other patients as the rationale despite the fact that the Bordetella vaccine in particular in in-effective in protecting either the vaccinated dog or other dogs for several weeks post vaccine. I felt that the clinic put incoming dollars before the welfare of the dog.

  • We love our vet because they love the pets and are good with them. I have no troubles there at all and the nicest thing is that I trust them with our dog. We have found the prices to be right in there in the range that other vets would fall into. They are just very compassionate. They are good in terms of having a business sense and we're just real pleased with them in general.

  • Everyone at Cool School does an excellent job with the dogs. Our dog really looks forward to her time there. All we have to say is "school" and she gets really excited. It is obvious that everyone there sincerely cares about your animal and they work with you to help train them and make them the happiest and most well adjusted dog they can be. We've been attending classes, daycare and boarding with them for 3 years now and have not had a problem at all. Daycare is reasonable at $14/day and boarding is similar in cost. It is really great to have a place that I feel comfortable leaving our dog with while we go on short weekend trips, they are always quick to express any concerns they may have observed about your dog while it is in their care (like ours was doing weird things in her sleep and they suggested talking to the vet about it) and someone knowledgeable about animal behavior that I know I can ask questions. I highly recommend them.
