    The Service Company has been my go-to for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service since 2014 when I was first introduced to them. I truly don't know what I would do without these guys. Joe and Paul are two of the kindest people I've ever met. Joe's wife, Paige, is also incredibly kind, and she's always very responsive to calls and emails, whether in an emergency or just routine service. These great folks make you feel like family, genuinely, without even trying. In a world full of negatives, I always know that doing business with The Service Company is going to be a positive experience. Joe is one of the most professional people with which to conduct business, but he's also friendly, approachable and relatable. He explains things to homeowners in ways that they understand exactly what's going on, what options are available, and the best resolution given whatever situation arises. I've encountered just about every situation that requires help from businesses like The Service Company. It is a relief to know that, at least with regard to HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs, I never have to worry, since I have the best folks looking out for me. You will absolutely not regret reaching out to The Service Company when your home needs TLC. They are the real deal, and if you���re like me and don���t have time for anything but honesty, reliability, and competitive prices, do yourself a favor and call The Service Company. They will not disappoint.

    I took them up on the offer wanting an assessment about the water pressure at my kitchen sink. Be it known that they will not do a water heater flush if your water heater is out of warranty. The price for the inspection was fair, otherwise, I would not have purchased it in the first place. The price was attractive because what they really want to sell you is a subscription to their services which gives you a discount. To fix the kitchen faucet problem, it was suggested to replace it with a new one. Even if I had subscribed and gotten the discount, the estimate seemed a bit high as they are rationalizing it by the quality of their parts, labor, and how they back their services. I will not disparage them for that, however, I replaced the faucet myself with a very nice $250 faucet which was less than half the estimate, and that was replacing it with the only faucet on the truck - which was not an acceptable replacement - due to style - and price. The service man was very nice, informative, and professional. I am sure the company does quality work (although I don't know that as a fact). I just didn't care for the upsell, and I think they operate a little on the high side.

    They advised me that I needed substantial repairs on my old unit. I did not use them for repairs since I have a household warranty that uses another company for repairs but I was happy to have the 2nd opinion.

    He did a great job. He called me right away. He came out and explained everything to me. I was having allergy problems and he followed up and sent me information. There was no charge for that but he emailed me the information. He was great. 

    His professionalism and attentiveness and he answered my questions without trying to sell me more things. He was here for between an hour and an hours and a half. Everything was cleaned up before he left.

    They went all the way. They were so incredible, they really restored my faith. He gave me an estimate of what it would cost. Later he encountered a tone of problems that he had not foreseen. He would not go up on the price because he had already committed to it, which is really unusual these days. They put in another whole 3 days to work on it. The owner came out to give me the estimate first, it was $10000. He had to remove a bunch of moldy ductwork and drywall and a few beams in order to get there because it is in the basement. Then install the new heating and cooling and air ducts. The estimate was for $10000 but he had not seen that there were so many ducts branching out from the main one. He did everything. He had a crew of 3 people. Four people were out here working from 8 to 7 every day for 4 days. They didn't change me anymore than what they initially said it would be. It included a brand new unit with like a 20 year warranty. It was amazing. I would recommend them to anybody. They are the best company I have ever worked with.

    What tick me off is that they always find something that needs to be change and I don't like that, through the years I become more conscious about what they recommend because I always take other opinion from someone else.

    Mickey came right over, looked at it and told me what I needed to do. He was great, but I also asked for a salesman to come over and quote me on a new split unit for upstairs. He came by but never emailed me the quote. My rating is for Mickey, not the salesman!

    Really great. Mr. Kuhn was very knowledgeable and professional. He identified the problem quickly and was able to fix it within the hour. Reasonably priced also. He arrived when he told me he would. Very happy with the service.

    I scheduled the appointment about a month in advance and then called to move it up a day, which they were able to do. Russell called when he was on the way and arrived in 15 minutes. He cleaned and looked over my heat pump and provided info on all that might need future attention (it's a 17-year-old unit). He described everything in great detail and was very courteous and professional.

    I called on a Monday morning because I'd had no hot water since Saturday, and the pilot light would not stay on. The service agent picked up on the first call and was very nice and asked questions about what was going on. At first she said no one could come out until Wednesday, but then after some schedule shuffling, she said they could come out 7 a.m. the next day. I was very appreciative.
    Ricky had to pick up a part the next day and called to say he'd be a little late. He arrived otherwise on schedule, and stayed about an hour, trying a few different things to diagnose the problem. He was knowledgeable and suggested their maintenance service plan, but he didn't do a sales pitch or anything. I do need to start the plan for my HVAC and water heater because of their age.
    I wish it had been a little cheaper for such a small part, but I haven't really done any homework, and this is probably pretty standard. I just needed hot water, sooner than later, and I wanted someone who knew what they were doing, which he did. Service call was $69.95, and parts and labor for an hour's work was $100.
